Delightful hotel located in Mango Beach.
Welcoming, helpful staff. Many restaurants close by.
Two birds confined in a small cage in the restaurant area. Cruel. They have been there for over 4 years and sit on a perch 24/7!
Not allowed to consume food in the rooms! Never came across this rule at any other hotel anywhere else in the world.

Jurgen is very nice helpful, also the whole staff of the hotel! Location is not in the center, but it is nice mango beach is near all what you might need is underneath the hotel (ATM, food, taxis,public bus) the room is nice and clean and has Shataf !
It is a bit far from the city center ~ 40 minutes walk and taxis are charging high rates for the rides 15-20 euro for each ride! However, there is a public bus that is cheaper comes every 30 minutes can take you either to city center or Ksamil (you have to be flexible in timings though). Also there is one rule that you can not eat at the room. But you can smoke/drink at the balcony,

We liked the staff, who were generally friendly and helpful, especially Yurgen.
The beds were comfortable and the rooms had lovely sea view.
We also enjoyed food at the hotel especially their ice cream.
The location is good. It sits within a strip of restaurants and bars and close to a pebble beach where you can hire sun lounges for 10 euros for a day from the Mango resort. No beach attached to this hotel. A public beach is also nearby. There is a super market near by too. We didnt use public transport and tbf didnt see many buses around.
The hotel doesnt have a pool, no tea making services in the room and no iron.
The service in the hotel was slow and communication with some staff was challenging.
The breakfast was the same every single day and wasn't to our preference. We were expecting a bit more from a 4 star hotel.
The hotel or Albania as a whole is not suitable for anyone with mobility issues. There is a steep road leading to the beach and lot of stairs.
