Jolie décoration, bel emplacement proche du centre-ville,

Chambre sur rue au premier un peu bruyante.face à un bar , Nous n’avons pas réussi à faire marcher le four et ouvrir la machine à laver la vaisselle !

Great place for a short stay!

Location is great. Short walk to loads of things. The staff are amazing and very responsive.

The floorboards are quite old, creaky and one or two nails stuck out but were quickly repaired when brought to the attention of the staff.

Easy to find in the centre of Dijon. Location was perfect. Would love to return!

Fabulous location close to restaurants and bars. Comfy beds and lounge area to relax. Great amenities.

Bedroom off the living room is tough to sleep in - curtains don't block the street lights and the bar across the street is loud all night.

great location and seamless check in. funky design and we loved the terrace

could be better stocked with dishes and cutlery in the kitchen. we could not get the top shower head to work properly. only provided Luke warm water, but hand held shower worked fine.

perfect spot for a short stay

central location, easy and quick communication with the host, charming ambiance

steep narrow stairs to get to 3d floor, not a problem for us but even carrying a suitcase is very uncomfortable. very small kitchen with limited cooking utensils (for example, just one pot cover for all your pots and pans)

we stayed in 2 apartments and they were both styled so cool! modern, spacious and very clean. Gregory the property manager was very responsive and accommodating to our arrival. Highly recommend!!!

The breakfast is not the cheapest, so I was expecting some hot drinks included. It would be nice to leave a couple of tea bags for that price. Maybe a form could help where the guests could mention the preference for the drinks. The rest of the breakfast was plenty and delicious

Stunning Apartment. Perfect Location

Perfect location in city centre. Beautiful decor. Comfortable bed with soft sheets.

Very little water pressure to shower. Stairs were not a problem for us but be mindful that it’s a 3rd floor climb.

I am not satisfied at all

Location. The size of the apartments

I was informed that no one is not gonna meet me after I booked apartment. There was no chance to unload my staff from the car because I basically was not even aloud to stop there. The temperature in the apartment was the same as outside (17,5º)

Great location and nice terrace if you don’t mind the staircase climb

Good location. Short walk from train station, manageable even with luggage. Close to a really happening Square with good restaurants. Also a short walk away from other key sights of the city. Room is clean and comfortable. Complete set of facilities, large shower. It sadly rained for most of our trip but we did have one sunny day to enjoy our beautiful terrace. It’s amazing to sit and stare up at the clouds passing by. The rest of the apartment is also spacious and tastefully furnished. We were received by our host when we checked in and he was very friendly and helpful even with restaurant bookings.

Sadly there is no elevator from the ground floor to the apartment hence will have to climb up and down the flights of stairs. But if you are fit and don’t mind the climb with your luggage, the terrace is worth it :) Some small nice-to-haves in the bathroom would be to have a ledge to place toiletries at the shower area - we had to place ours on the floor.

The pictures in the listing is a mix of all the 3 apartments in the building so make sure you ask which apartment you’re renting as only one of the apartments has a roof too terrace.

Short stay in Dijon

Liked easy access to/from train station. Good value for two couples. Nice layout of space, comfortable. Gregory (the owner) was a pleasure to deal with and responded promptly to any questions.

As an older building there were some compromises; stairs only to 3rd level, no air conditioning, one shared bathroom. Also only one key provided, making it a bit "interesting" when planning the day if we were going in different directions.

Great apartment, great location

Great location both close to the train station and all the buzz of the city centre but noise was never an issue.

We did cook and the apartment would benefit from a few more pieces of equipment eg chopping board, pans, etc.

Very central, nice appartment, booklet with informations

The kitchen facilities were insufficient, for example no bowls, cooking pans, not enough tools. Not enough light in the kitchen, the dishwasher did not work. The room facing the street was very noisy.
