Situated in Panama City Beach, this charming condo for $600 per night is a great choice for your next trip. Both the living room and Master Bedroom overlook 400 feet of the awesome sugar white beach and emerald green waters. Our unit sleeps six comfortably with a new king size master bedroom, queen size guest bedroom, and a new queen size sleeper sofa with 6' mattress. Also included in our floor plan are two spacious bathrooms, washer and dryer, as well as an open kitchen with gorgeous granite countertops, microwave, coffee pot and everything you need for a fun filled, relaxing and enjoyable vacation. Flat screen TV's and DVD players are located in each of the bedrooms, as well as a large flat screen TV and DVD player in the living area, and wireless internet service. The view from our 3rd Floor Balcony is ideal for dolphin watching, sunsets like you have never seen before, and simply just relaxing. Need more than one unit. We also have a one bedroom in the same building that sleeps 4 to 6 people comfortably (Vrbo # 445320). Parking is $35 per car for the duration of your stay. We rent only to adults 25 years of age or over, who will occupy the condominium during the rental period. Absolutely No Smoking and No Pets Check-in: 4 pm, Check-out: 10 am (central time) A $250 deposit is required to reserve unit. Full payment for accommodations must be received 30 days prior to arrival. CANCELLATION POLICY: Reservations cancelled 30 days prior to arrival will be refunded in full. Any cancellations within 30 days of arrival will result in forfeiture of the entire deposit. If cancellation occurs within twenty one (21) days of arrival, the full advance payment and deposit will be forfeited. If you are looking for a clean and price conscious location, this is the place to stay. The resort is older and is geared towards families but it had a good mix of adult fun and children’s fun. The condo was easy to access on the 3rd floor. The elevators could get a little slow around check in and checkout time but that’s expected. The staff was extremely nice! So nice they called me when they realized I wasn’t given my change from paying for the parking. That was more on me since I was already in vacation mind set. Lol Having the beach chairs was fantastic but make sure you get downstairs early as the chairs are assigned from Saturday to Saturday. We had the second row on Friday but front row on Saturday. The beach staff were very friendly and accommodating. My only con was the utensils in the kitchen. Not enough forks and knives. If you have a larger group staying, you may want to bring some of your own. Overall though, it was exactly as photographed. Lots of space! The owner was also very quick to respond to a few questions I had. Thank you, Josh!

Overall, this is your typical beach condo. Not overly crowded in the space, which is nice. They could probably use a few more utensils, towels, and blankets, and maybe a mattress cover for the master bedroom and the pull out couch… those were both uncomfortable. Oven is slow heating, but the washer/dryer was new. Convenient to the elevators. Great dishwasher and televisions. They had some beach toys and stuff there for you.

Was not impressed at all with this condo. Walls were dirty, the place had a bad odor in and around the furniture, the master bedroom and the master bath. Some light bulbs were blown and had no soap in bathrooms as mentioned in description. Soap was no big deal but the other things YES.

This property is absolutely beautiful, pictures do not do it any justice. The splash pad and lazy river were super fun for the kids and having two beach chairs for free just puts the icing on the cake. We will be back.

Great place the condo itself was clean. But the trash chute is across the hall and had a horrible odor coming from it that could be smelled in the room. And the hot tub broke the first night we was there and we was advised that it would be fixed in about a week. And the beach attendant are very unpleasant to deal with.

Property was as described, and the owner was quick to respond to messages. The property was pretty clean inside and had more in the kitchen than other places I’ve stayed, which was nice. Our little complaints were lots of lightbulbs out and lack of hand soaps and shampoo/conditioner. Also, the water in the waterpark was freezing, so our kids couldn’t even play there, but that’s not this unit’s owner’s fault.

We stayed for fall break, the condo was nice, but could of been better cleaned. I check all beds pictures etc of bed bugs when arriving, and I did not find that but the room was super dirty to where I had anxiety. Found liquor bottles, other things left behind from previous people. Furniture could of been updated as well. It is a great location, we would love to come back to Panama. I would not stay here again due to lack of being clean.

We had an amazing experience. Condo was clean and bigger than pictures made it seem. 4 adults and 2 children stayed comfortably without feeling on top of one another! We highly recommend this condo. Josh was extremely responsive with any questions we had coming up to the trip. Great people, great room, great property!

The property was in a great location, kids loved the pools, lazy river and splash pad. A few downsides... The kitchen could have been more well stocked. We bought a frying pan so we were able to make a large breakfast, there weren't enough utensils - only 6 forks, 3 butter knives. Two small kitchen towels, no dish rags or sponges for washing up. And every other place we've stayed with beach access, beach towels have been provided. The bag of beach toys were appreciated. Another blanket or two would be nice, as the two available went on the hideaway and a bed. Kids like one to crawl under to watch TV. I guess we would search out other properties for next time, just based on lack of above-mentioned missing necessities.

There were a few things that could have been better. The couch bed was awful, not 100% sure all the bedding had been washed, but we really enjoyed staying at Splash. The kid friendly atmosphere was amazing!

This was really nice for a family vacation. Beach in the morning and splash pad/Swimming pool in the afternoon for shade for kiddos. Only one small improvement could make this place a 5 star would be more elevators. Sometimes you had to wait 15min. to get to your room or to the pool/beach area.

Property manager was great. Property was clean and neat. The kids loved the pool and splash pad. The adults loved the bar and grill and the close proximity to the beach. The only compliant would be the wait time for the elevator.

We loved the location, the room 306 was really nice, clean and with an excellent view. The manager of the room was aways there to help us and answer any questions. The hotel was very close to the center and with many good restaurants around it. My an my family had a blast and we hope to come back soon.

We took the kids to PCB for their spring break. We had a great time at the property. It was clean and plenty of big for the four of us. The property had two pool areas and just steps from the beach. The condo, at the time, came with two beach chairs on the beach. Thank you to the owners who made check in effortless and well described the process.

The only real thing going for this property is Splash Resort is a great location. Otherwise, I wouldn’t recommend this rental unless you can’t find anything else. I will give them that the bathrooms, kitchen and two beds were clean. But the sofa was dirty, stained and in disrepair. It was a sofa sleeper but we had to take the thin foam mattress off the sleeper and use it on the floor for our two kids. Adults would not be able to sleep on it. The ceiling fans had a thick pile of dust on them. The pillows also had what looked like blood stains on them, and some of the towels were stained. The sheets, bedding, and towels overall though seemed clean. The living area was dim with only one little lamp, and some of light bulbs all over the unit were burnt out. The TV in the living room had lines running through the middle of the screen. It looks like the owners basically threw all their old stuff in this rental to furnish it. Even the microwave has a broken corner that was glued together. It worked fine though. The worst part of the rental for me was the clothes washer had something like little rocks in it and a white powder in the bleach dispenser. It was probably baking soda and I could have vacuumed it out but you don’t really go on vacation to clean up the washer to do laundry. Thankfully we were only there a week and we packed enough clothes for everyone. All in all, not the worst VRBO, but there is quite a bit the owners could and should do to improve this property.

The condo was exactly as described; clean; bed slept well; the check-in procedure to get umbrella and chair is cumbersome first thing of the morning. It seems there would have to be an easier way than to stand in a 30 minute line at 8:45 AM each morning to get your desired chair and space.

I have no complaints except one. Everything at the property was as described and clean. There was only one issue with the washer/dryer unit. Not sure if it was broken or what but the washer made a really loud banging noise when washing a load of towels. Other than that, everything was great!

The location was great. However, just our bad luck I guess- the washer and dishwasher didn’t work at the place we stayed. The property manager was quick to get someone there to look at it, but the part didn’t arrive to fix the washer until the last day.
