About this apartment rental
Both the living room and Master Bedroom overlook 400 feet of the awesome sugar white beach and emerald green waters. Our unit sleeps six comfortably with a new king size master bedroom, queen size guest bedroom, and a new queen size sleeper sofa with 6' mattress. Also included in our floor plan are two spacious bathrooms, washer and dryer, as well as an open kitchen with gorgeous granite countertops, microwave, coffee pot and everything you need for a fun filled, relaxing and enjoyable vacation. Flat screen TV's and DVD players are located in each of the bedrooms, as well as a large flat screen TV and DVD player in the living area, and wireless internet service. The view from our 3rd Floor Balcony is ideal for dolphin watching, sunsets like you have never seen before, and simply just relaxing.
Need more than one unit. We also have a one bedroom in the same building that sleeps 4 to 6 people comfortably (Vrbo # 445320).

SPECIAL NOTES AND PAYMENT INFORMATION:
Parking is $40 per car for the duration of your stay.
We rent only to adults 25 years of age or over, who will occupy the condominium during the rental period.
Absolutely No Smoking and No Pets
Check-in: 3 pm, Check-out: 10 am (central time)
A $250 deposit is required to reserve unit. Full payment for accommodations must be received 30 days prior to arrival.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Reservations cancelled 30 days prior to arrival will be refunded in full. Any cancellations within 30 days of arrival will result in forfeiture of the entire deposit. If cancellation occurs within twenty one (21) days of arrival, the full advance payment and deposit will be forfeited. We regret that we cannot make exceptions for personal emergencies as a cause for cancellation. To protect yourself from unforeseen circumstances, please contact your personal insurance agent and inquire about travel insurance.

This condo worked for our needs. Attended a weekend wedding so we were not in town but for a few days. Kids enjoyed the pool and splash area and it was convenient to just about everything. The condo itself overall was comfortable for the time we stayed. I feel it could be touched up a bit however paint wise and maybe a good baseboard scrub but that’s just first impression. The shower rod in the primary bathroom also isn’t secured so it falls easily if you don’t open/close the curtain easy. There also was not much furniture so unpacking wasn’t really an option as there wasn’t really anywhere (one dresser) for us to unpack or even a luggage rack so our stuff just sat in the suitcases on the floor. This would be a bigger issue if we were staying for a longer time. The tvs lagged quite a bit so we aren’t sure if they are needing updating or just always slow to work, and they each had a few remotes to figuring out which to use was a task. View of the ocean was great. Having the beach chairs available was also nice so we didn’t have to drag any down to the beach.

We loved that it was on the 3rd floor. The views were beautiful, but we especially loved it because you had to use the stairs because the elevators did not work for our trip. The resort is dated, but still fun, the beach and water were clean unlike our room. I dont think the owners had been there for sometime. The hair dyer was dangerously broken, the microwave air vent flew off everytime you used it. The rug and or couch smelled of urine and pillows had brown stains. There was no dish soap or hand soap or floor soap. After we spent our first day cleaning we really enjoyed the adventure of cooking with cheap utensils and mismatched pot lid tops. The beds were comfortable and the deck furniture was wonderful. After the walls and the furniture get a good scrubbing we would maybe be back. They did give back our cleaning deposit back.
