Clean and accurate. The room was clean, towels were changed daily, the bathroom was accessible, we had private parking so we didn’t have to stress about what might happen to the car. Staff was really friendly and knew english.

Direct Access to Metro Line 7: The Porte de Choisy and Porte d'Italie stations are just a short walk away. Line 7 runs on a prime tourist axis, taking you directly (without line transfers) to major landmarks including The Louvre Museum (Palais Royal - Musée du Louvre), Opéra Garnier, Pont Neuf, Châtelet, and the Latin Quarter.
Excellent Public Transit Options: In addition to Metro Line 7, the T3a Tramway stops right nearby, offering seamless connections along the southern edge of Paris.
Clean & Modern Comfort: The rooms has a door code access and, although small and missing some basic amnesties (like a small fridge or mini-bar) is well-maintained, bright, and clean, featuring comfortable beds and modern, functional bathrooms.
Satisfying Breakfast Buffet: The daily breakfast was a real surprise, although not a top variety but a surprisingly top quality, offering fresh French pastries (croissants, baguettes), cheeses, cold cuts, hot beverages, and juices (the orange juice one of the best).
Great Value for Money: Compared to the high hotel rates in central Paris, this property offers significantly better value while maintaining consistent chain quality standards.
Compact Room Sizes: In line with standard Parisian hotel dimensions, rooms and bathrooms are relatively small. It can feel tight if you are traveling with large or multiple suitcases.
Utilitarian Neighborhood: Located near the Boulevard Périphérique (ring road), the immediate surrounding area is functional rather than charming or historic, though it is safe and practical.
As a additional note, the city tax mentioned on booking was incorrect, is not 3.25 eur/pers/night since January 2024. When we arrived we paid the actual city tax which is 5.75 eur/pers/night. So be aware when you make your budget.
And the official check in time is 14:00, if you arrive earlier and your room is ready you can check in for a 15 eur fee.

Breakfast was fair enough, the mattress was pretty comfortable and it was kind of close to a metro station.
The neighbourhood wasn't really good or at least didn't fell so safe, it was actually far from the city centre so you have to take in account at least 30-40 minutes if public transport.
The room was really small, despite the way it could appear in the photos, the bathroom was very narrow and every time you use the sink it releases a bad smell.
Least but not last, the hotel asked for city taxes but the cost was superior to what they declared on booking, felt like not serious at all.
