It is 5min from the airport
They offer shuttle service to pick you up from the airport, but when you arrange the shuttle you have to meet at some underground parking lot which I don’t find really safe especially after 11PM. I didn’t know where to go to meet the shuttle in the parking and I send a WhatsApp to the number provided and they never answered (I think they never even arrived to pick us up) I ended up taking a taxi to the hotel.

We thought the hotel was really nice. Staff were great, rooms were big, clean, comfortable. Very convenient location close to the airport, nice if you have a short layover.
The surrounding area is quite industrial, it's not really a place you'd wander for restaurants, shops, groceries. Transit to downtown sites and amenities is right outside but really good stay here for proximity to the airport, not the city.

Modern, clean and nice breakfasts. The room was nice and spacious. The pool next to the restaurant was pretty and a nice view. Very close to the airport and free airport shuttle which is helpful.
The room we had you could hear the planes quite a lot - the windows weren’t very soundproof so we kept getting woken up.

1) Expected more from the breakfast, but it was decent nonetheless.
2) The gym is decent.
3) The bathroom is nice, and the provided toiletries are great.
4) The staff can be helpful (when you're able to reach them).
5) Covered the cost of the Uber since their unresponsiveness led to missing the shuttle.
6) The complimentary shuttle is useful, IF you get to use it.
1) Extremely non-responsive. Couldn't reach them via Booking messaging for almost 24h, nor via telephone to the reception, once we landed.
2) The shuttle goes every 1 hour. If you miss it or if it's full, you have to wait another hour.
3) Although close to the airport, the hotel is right next to very busy streets leading to it and from it. It gets surprisingly noisy (both from the inside and out), so it affects your sleep.
4) Massive problems at check-in, took forever to align on the final price. They quoted something different than what was on Booking, stating extra fees due to foreign cards, couldn't process one, etc. Luckily, we had enough cash, so we avoided the extra charges, but this is not something you know will happen ahead of booking.
5) The telephone in the room was broken. Had to hold the wire with the other hand, or it would fall out and the line would drop.
6) The A/C unit was buggy and the room was very hot. Luckily, they fixed it after 30-ish minutes, but having to do all of this after an overseas flight, in the middle of the night, completely defeats the purpose...
