The best thing about this property is definitely it’s location! Walking right out to the ocean anytime you want was amazing. We loved the backyard picnic area too, along with the large first floor deck.
The kitchen could use updating, and there’s no dishwasher. We found it challenging to all get comfortable around the TV to watch the World Cup. (If that wasn’t on we probably wouldn’t need the TV area.)

beautiful property...full apartment...two bedrooms w/ kitchen. On the beach...off street parking...
1/4 of a mile from Old Orchard Center...

People upstairs were NOISY...HAD TO SPEAK WITH THEM...
If your thinking of the York...rent the second floor apt.
