Really nice apartment – modern, clean. There are two spacious rooms, so it actually works very well as a two-bedroom apartment. The balcony is a nice extra. There is also an elevator in the building.
There are several good Asian restaurants just a few minutes away, as well as a pizza place and a shop just across the main street. The tram stop is also only about a 5-minute walk away and takes you easily to the city centre. Panomter Leipzig is about 1 km away, so you can easlly walk there (or take couple of bust stops).
Great place in a very good location, this part of the city has a more relaxed, laid-back vibe, which I really enjoyed.

Sehr gute Lage im Süden von Leipzig. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel, Gastronomie und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in Nähe. Gute zweckmäßige Ausstattung. Aufzug vorhanden.
Angespannte Parksituation im öffentlichen Raum. Dafür kann aber keiner was.

Tolle Lage, super sauber, bestes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, sehr bequemes Bett, Supermarkt und Tram direkt um die Ecke, schönes Viertel mit toller Architektur
