It was on a good location to access the sights of Matera.
The only issue we had was people sitting outside there rooms quite late as the noise travelled.

It’s conveniently located to all the restaurants
The air conditioning did not work well and when we complained, nothing was done. Also, a lot of flights of stairs to lug your luggage up.
