Situated in Brigantine, this charming house for $884 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. Beach block in Brigantine with 3 stories, balconies, backyard patio with grill, 3300 sq. ft., 4 bedroom and 4 full bathrooms; enough for the entire family to enjoy with plenty of entertainment space & privacy. New addition for summer 2024, backyard ping pong table! With enough for 3 car parking on the driveway, you are greeted with a first floor deck and enter into a great-room that boasts an extra living space with cable ready TV. The 1st floor includes the 1st of the 4 bedrooms and 1st of 4 full bathrooms, which has access to the backyard deck. The rear entryway leads to the backyard deck and stamped, concrete patio with an outside enclosed shower, grill & ping pong table. This floor provides a full sized washer and dryer as well. On the 2nd floor, the light and airy kitchen is an open concept to the dining area and window-ladened family room that includes a cable ready TV; its sliding patio door opens to the huge 2nd floor front deck with partial ocean views. This floor also provides the 2nd bedroom and its shared full bathroom. The 3rd floor offers a spacious primary bedroom with tray ceilings, a sitting area with a pull out sofa/full size bed, and sliding patio door to your own private front deck with partial ocean views. Primary bedroom also includes private master bathroom with Jacuzzi tub, tiled shower, and double sinks. This floor also provides the 4th bedroom (2 full size beds) with its own private full bathroom. All three floors are accessible using the in-house elevator and ample closet space is provided throughout. Bed sheets and bath towels are not included. Pillows & blankets are provided. Beach wagon, 10 beach chairs, 3 umbrellas, 2 boogie boards and 8 beach tags are provided. Bikes & sand toys are not provided. This is a large modern house, a very comfortable place for us as a 3-generation family. It is clean and well-maintained. Good communication with the owner. The beach is a short walking distance. A cart is helpful to bring chairs and umbrellas to the beach.

The house was in a very quiet neighborhood. It was very spacious, beautiful, and well-maintained. The owner was extremely responsive and courteous. Our entire family enjoyed our stay. Thank you for helping us have a wonderful family vacation!

This house is great! There were 8 adults and one infant. Everyone had their private room and full bathroom. The house is well maintained and very comfortable. All the chairs and beach towels you need are provided, and a wagon to pull to the beach, which is an easy 5 min walk. The beach is beautiful and full of families of all ages and sizes. We recommend eating at Lascala’s on 14th and ocean. Lunch or dinner it’s a great vibe and good food and drinks. Marina is a great host and easy to reach. She reached out more then once to make sure we were enjoying our stay This may very well become a family 4 th of July tradition!

Beautiful Brigantine Beachhouse! Spacious and well equipped home. Walkable to the beach. Elevator was a godsend. Loved the decks for relaxing after the beach and late night. The whole family loved the home. Would love to come back next year. Thank you, Marina!

This house is amazing! So much room for everybody!! The house was so clean.The backyard and the deck were spectacular. Everybody had their own bathroom, and the Master bedroom was huge!! ! The elevator made everything so easy to bring up and down. My mother really loved the elevator because her legs aren’t what they used to be.The owner Marina was Super easy to get along with and kept in touch with me to make sure we were enjoying our stay!!! We are booking again this property for next year!!!! Chuck R

Don’t let the “bring your own linens” policy of this house put you off. It is ideally set up for gathering together a grown family. The two back bedrooms are cocoons for sleeping babies. The large master suite on the third floor is a perfect getaway for pause from chaos of grandchildren. The three breeze graced porches provide lovely spaces to gather. Kitchen and two separate living rooms are great. While the house is less than a block walk to a spacious life-guarded beach it is situated on a quiet side street with few cars passing. I write this from the third-floor porch in the early morning with the smell of the sea and lull of waves and narry a passing human. No wonder I’m feeling mellow.

This house had everything you needed for a relaxing week at the beach! We couldn’t have asked for a nicer, cleaner house that was in the most ideal location to the beach and to other local shops. Marina was super easy to contact and truly a class act. My mom said it best, “I would come back in a heart beat!” And we are hoping to do just that!

Three generations of our family really enjoyed our stay in this well laid-out beach haven. Plenty of space for all to spend time together and apart and just a short walk to the waves. The house went a long way to making our first ever stay in Brigantine a success.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Marina was very helpful and responsive. The house is very clean, spacious and fit all our needs. Location is awesome, just a few minutes walk to a pristine beach. The house is also stocked with all beach accessories & we didn’t have to carry anything to enjoy our day at the beach. Hopefully we will be back again next summer.

We had an amazing time at this shore house. Everything worked. The pictures are super accurate and reflect the home exactly. Marina was always available and very responsive. I highly recommend this spacious house with its super location. It’s a very short block to the beach As a bonus, it is also walking distance to Wawa store, the Crab shack and other shops . My father cannot walk well and so the elevator came in handy And was a super plus. This was our first time to Brigantine and definitely now the be our last . Thank you Marina and Jason

Marina and Jason were wonderful hosts, offering to make themselves available if needed. Very easy reservation/booking experience. My family and I loved the house; it was perfect for our needs and we especially liked it’s proximity to the beach. We would definitely stay there again

The house is in a great location 1 block walk to the beach and is beautiful, spacious, in great condition, options to sleep many, well stocked with nice extras like beach chairs, passes, umbrella, wagon. Brigantine is quaint, small, safe, quiet location with short drive to Atlantic City and only 1 hour drive to Cape May. Owners were very responsive with questions and advice. We really enjoyed our stay!
