About this cottage rental

Located in Franklin, this charming cottage for $179 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. Looking for peace and quiet for your NH vacation? We have it here at Pemi Shore Cottages. I have a completely furnished 2bd/1ba cottage on the water with a great view. This cottage has full-size beds, gas heat, flat-screen cable TV, Wi-Fi internet, AC, microwave, outdoor grill, outdoor fireplace, patio, dock and access to our 90 foot private beach and boat ramp. There's also a row boat, kayak, and paddle boat for you to use, no charge. Pets are very welcome, 2 per cottage included, and dog sitting may be available (ask us!). You are encouraged to bring linens and towels but we can provide them for $15 at check-in. In return, no cleaning fee! Great fishing, water skiing and swimming on the Pemigewasset River in a secluded location without all the tourists! Close to the Franklin Falls dam and its 3900 acres of scenic trails! Only 4 miles from Rt. 93 (exit 22), 2 miles to grocery stores and only 6 miles to the popular Tanger outlet stores in Tilton. The Pemi Shore Cottages are seasonal and open May 15th - Oct 15th. Amazing getaway location. Host was awesome and understanding. All the amenities you could need. Beautiful calm river and beach with dock and patio. Was just what we needed. Thank you John, hope to be back next season!

Stayed two nights with our dog and had such a nice time relaxing around the fire and fishing. Our dog had a blast running around the yard and private beach. John was a great greeter and told us everything we needed to know. Was able to take their small boat out in the morning when the river was calm and it was so beautiful. Would definitely come back!

We had great weather,great location, and great hosts. The accommodations were just as advertised quiet and comfortable. The fishing was amazing. John and his mother could not have been more helpful, we definitely would like to come back

We had a great time! Took out the paddle boat- beautiful quite river. Dog loved the swimming. It is a great place to relax while still having the connections to the world when you want them. John was a great host.

Nice clean, rustic cabin right on the water. Fantastic fishing right from the dock. Lots of floating water toys, row boat, paddle boat. Owners were ready to meet our every need, but not intrusive. Gave us a twilight tour of the river in a pontoon boat. Very quiet area, but close to all kinds of good attractions and food.

We enjoyed another great trip at the Pemi shore cottages ! We loved being so close to the water, our kids enjoyed countless hours on the beach . The best part is we were able to bring our dog who also enjoyed himself as much as the children. The cottage is perfect for a family of 4 plus a fur baby . Anything we needed was there , very clean and well kept. We are hoping to come back to enjoy ourselves again next year ! We loved the boat ride! Thank you Jane and Jon for offering your beautiful property for us to enjoy !!

We had the best time! Quiet relaxing vacation directly on the river. Cabin had everything we needed and is super cute! John and Jane were wonderful! It was especially nice to have our two dogs with us. We'll Definitely be back!!

Pemi Shore Cottages is a wonderful place to stay. Jane and John are amazing hosts, if you need anything they are there. If you want to relax, this is the perfect place (even though we would love to keep it a secret). We have been here for years and are already looking forward to our return.

Great place to hide out from everyday life. Nice lil cabin on the water. Cozy and rustic with nice amenities. Property owners are really nice and helpful and it's just a great place to relax and just fish and swim or take the boats out or just use it as a home base and day trip around the mountains.

We stayed two nights here and really enjoyed it. The cabin was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The property/river was beautiful. We spent all day floating and lounging on the water in the paddleboat. Would definitely come back.
