地點位置很好過馬路就是牧志市場跟唐吉軻德性價比很高
住的第二天半夜不知道誰在唱歌一整晚都很吵

国際通りに隣接しており、便利。ユニットバスは古い分湯船が広く作られていて、久しぶりに湯船に浸かり疲れが取れた。シャワーだけでは疲れは取れません。扇風機は洗濯、即乾燥で助かる。冷蔵庫も良かった。貸出傘も助かった。朝食も出汁茶漬け、カレー、ヨーグルト、アイス、ホットで500円はコスパ良い。
あったら良かったもの→冷凍庫。欲張りすぎかな。

立地が良い、目の前にはドン・キホーテ、コンビニもすぐ近くにある
あと500円で食べれる朝食が意外と良かったりする
エレベーターが異様な臭いでした。
あとは仕方のないことなのですがやっぱり古さは感じますね

1)리모델링 꼭 필요! 비용이 많이 들더라도 위치가 좋아
2-3년내 비용상회하는 수익실현이 가능할것임!
