立地もよく静かで部屋も快適でした。バストイレも別なのでのんびりバスタイムも取れました。部屋の広さも十分でした。
最小限の食器があって使用したのですが、まな板だけカビでいてキッチンの衛生管理はいまいちでした。

有廚房、中型冰箱，有簡單煎鍋（沒用到就是了）和餐具，自己簡單煮食很方便。水的部分可以用廚房水煮開飲用，不然就要自己買水。不過以這個房價和飯店位置（離國際通和牧志村市場很近），再加上有洗衣機和烘衣機，空間不足3個行李無法完全攤開，這個問題也就沒那麼重要。附近有付費停車場，自駕者多比幾家，一天停車價格真的有差。為了不自駕，也會考慮住這家。
晚上11點太晚洗澡，熱水可能會忽冷忽熱，這是住3天和家人的感想，其他沒什麼大問題。
