The location is excellent! Right by the metro and the tram. And the shops and restaurants around it was amazing.
The washing machine did not work. And to leave the luggage you have to go to a different location - which isn't the end of the world... but a pain.

The location in a safe place and nearby the metro was awesome! We were able to go anywhere knowing we will arrive at a safe place. Just love it being here!

The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, making it a great choice for a family trip. The area felt safe and convenient, with the metro station just nearby, making it easy to get around. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would happily recommend it.
One minor issue was that some of the bedroom door handles were broken, which made accessing the bedrooms difficult at times. It would be good to have these repaired or replaced.

The apartment was clean and tidy and the area seems safe with many shops nearby.
Imagine it was a very hot summer and the exhaust hose from the mobile A.Cs kept falling off its outlet. The window had to be kept open and you couldn't sleep because of the noise. You tried to browse with your phone and the Internet is super super slow/not functioning. We couldn't use the t.v either because of the Internet connection. It was a terrible stay. Oh, the shower is also one of a kind, really hard to figure out!
