It was all right.

The location of the property was amazing!

It wasn’t very clean, toilet roll provided were 2 rolls for 6 ppl for 5 nights. When we requested more we didn’t get a reply back from the manager. Also the pictures provided on the website were not of the apartment we got.

Departamento amplio y muy bien ubicado. Anfitrión Alex siempre dispuesto a atender solicitudes.

La ubicación excelente. Orientación del departamento lejos del ruido de la calle. Amplio. Muy buena disposición del anfitrión. Correctamente limpio y aseado.

Faltan elementos básicos de utensilios y elementos de cocina. Falta hervidor eléctrico de agua, o al menos una tetera. Lluvia provocó filtración de agua al interior a través de una ventana.

Très bon séjour sur océan drive

emplacement de choix sur océan drive, le front de mer, bar, restaurants et discothèques. Appartement spacieux avec Wifi free et literie de qualité.

peu d ustensiles pour cuisiner et logement sans parking, compter 20 usd par jour pour la voiture.

Not an experience I wish to repeat.

Location was good

Stove only half the burners worked, black mold in the bathroom. Called everyday to get the bed fixed to no availe. There was not sufficient utensils for the 7 visitors we had. This apartment is also not a three bedroom it’s a 1 bedroom with make shift walls to make the other two rooms no tv in the “living room” would 100 percent not stay here due to the fact alone that the bed was horrible in one room and calling over and over never got it fixed. The manager was very polite and did take all my calls so that’s a plus. But cleanliness and coming when they said they were going to was not reliable. Also did not service our amenities every other day as stated. We had 6 towels for 7 people when we first showed up and it took two days to even get new towels. Dishwasher also leaked badly so we couldn’t use it.

Unpleasant stay

I generally refrain from leaving comments, as I recognize the subjectivity of evaluations. However, compelled by the misrepresented apartment in this case, I feel the need to share my experience. Specifically, the apartment did not match its presentation on booking platforms, causing shock among our group of 4 adults and 3 children. Issues included cleanliness problems with insects on beds, blocked pipes, a pervasive unpleasant smell, and disruptive noise during the night until midnight, particularly from January 1st to 9th. Upon investigation, I found similar concerns in the comments, validating our disappointment. Despite the potential for a reduced price, I wouldn’t revisit this place due to the overall unpleasant experience.

Würde nicht wieder kommen.

Lage Oveandrive an sich sehr gut, wer Party sucht, ist genau richtig.

Es war sehr schmutzig und ungepflegt. Haare im Abfluss, Reste im Spülbecken, Zahnpastaflecken überall an der Wand. Grundsätzlich ungepflegter Zustand. Vermieter hat nach Beschwerde verbessert, aber in meinem Empfinden ein absolutes no go. Da direkt über Bat sehr laut.

Buena ubicación, falta de mantenimiento y limpieza en general

La ubicación, en pleno Ocean drive, en South Beach, de Miami Beach.

El estado en general es muy pobre, todo muy deteriorado, nada que ver con las fotos de anuncio, empezando porque el lavabo no tragaba el agua, los cristales muy sucios y las ventanas muy final se oía todo el ruido de la calle, el baño desconchado, en mal estado, la cocina muy dañada la encimera y los cubiertos sucios, sin lavavajillas, el sofá cama sin una lama del somier y un colchón en mal estado, las toallas rotas y manchadas

Very nice location and decent price for being ocean front

Proximity to the beach and nightlife

Had to buy toilet paper and paper towels after we ran out of it, also didn’t have enough shower towels and they didn’t want to give us any. There was 6 people staying.

Great location, but apartment needs work.

The location and the beds.

I contacted the manager of the apartment to advise them of issues. They responded and said they couldn’t enter the apartment as I was not there. They didn’t advise of a time when the could attend. The issues I reported were: broken toilet seat, the dishwasher was difficult to open as it jammed against the sink, the air conditioning was far too loud, the couch (futon) had broken slats and couldn’t be converted into a bed, the fridge had broken shelving and the 3 of the bar stools were too tall at the bench. The sitting area needs a kitchen table for somewhere to sit comfortably. The TV’s were also in poor condition and were only in standard definition and difficult to turn on and off. On the positive side, the apartment was clean and bed’s comfortable.

Convenient, Budget Friendly & Clean

The apartment was in a great location, having the beach across the street was everything. The area is bad though, not very safe however having a CVS just a block away was great. The restaurants next door were great. The apartment was clean and comfortable, we booked for 5 people but ended up being 4. Beds were comfortable & while we were told not to change the temperature for the AC, it was comfortable.

There is a mild odor in the bathroom - I think it comes from the drains but that’s almost unavoidable. I would also recommend bringing/buying toilet paper. There also needs to be more hooks in the second room considering there’s no closet in that room.

Wonderful, thank you for early checkin and late checkout my friends party was amazing

Right on south beach close to all restaurants and clubs, room was secure, clean and comfortable. Host was accommodating and responded quickly to messages.

No fan in the bathroom so it smelt like mildew but that was it

Definitely would go back again

Comfortable apartment that was suitable for two work colleagues. Large kitchen with all equipment required. It is in central Ocean Blv in the middle of the restaurant area. As it was off season, it was busy but not overcrowded. Easy walk to the beach and to the pier. Good internet connection.

It is a little faded. One room was quite light due to street lights so bring an eye mask.

Right on ocean Blvd right across the beach very convenient location to everything south beach

We could hear everything going on below with the restaurant , music cars passing etc. Would get very loud late at night. Only other thing that would have been nice was a broom and dust pan to clean out the sand from beach.

Very convenient location

In the middle of everything. Rented a vehicle and didn’t need it. We had 3 couples I liked how the rooms were spaced out for privacy. I loved the extra long balcony Definitely will stay again. Owner responded back to emails quick!

One room didn’t have a television which was fine because we stayed out more then in. Also one room didn’t have a dresser.

Enjoyed our time at Miami beach

Great location right on ocean boulevard. Was also able to cook a few meals in the kitchen which is a plus considering how expensive food is in Miami

it’s a ok spot, it’s extremely close to the beach which is nice

it’s in a great location

the building is pretty old and tired, the room was decent, didn’t match the pictures I’d seen, the bathroom was the worst, moldy tile, bathroom faucet leaked on the cold water handle, and the faucet was loose, beds were decent, overall it wasn’t the worst place I’ve ever stayed I guess I just expected more for the price, and last minute they surprise you with a deposit even tho the room has been paid for in full

our stay was amazing with no problems regarding the apartment!

The location was perfect! The apartment was definitely more comfortable than I expected with 6 people in total. we had enough room to not feel cramped at all! The place was clean and the front desk was nice. The host was more than accommodating and the communication was 10/10. I would most definitely stay here again! I would recommend this place for big groups!

we did not enjoy our stay here. we paid to stay for 2 nights and after 1 night had to leave. When i told the host i was leaving early because we were not happy he didnt even ask what was wrong and how can he help improve our stay! the location is noisy making it difficult to sleep. Upon check in you are told you have toilet paper but it seemed like they wont be providing anymore so i guess you need to be mindful of toilet paper! you are unable to adjust the thermostat to make it lower and they are no windows to open. they are no shades in the bedroom allowing light into the room through the night. lobby is dingy and old looking. it would have been nice if the host try harder to see what was wrong and fix the problem instead of us losing money on a 2nd night stay that was no used.
