Good location, calm and clean place. The staff were friendly and helpful, and there is also a parking lot. Ksamil is within walking distance — about 15 minutes to the city centre. However, the centre can be very busy and noisy, so in my opinion, it’s much better to stay a little further away. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Soggiorno semplicemente perfetto! L’appartamento è davvero eccellente: pulitissimo, spazioso, confortevole e curato in ogni dettaglio. La posizione è fantastica, a pochi passi dal mare e comodissima per godersi Ksamil.
A rendere il soggiorno ancora più piacevole è stata la gentilezza del proprietario, una persona estremamente educata, disponibile e sempre pronta ad aiutare per qualsiasi necessità.
Ci siamo trovati benissimo e non avremmo potuto chiedere di meglio. Assolutamente consigliato, torneremo sicuramente!
