I proprietari sono stati gentilissimi; la ragazza che gestisce le camere ed il minimarket parla molto bene sia italiano che inglese ed è sempre stata disponibile nel soddisfare le nostre richieste.
Il bar e il minimarket sono aperti fino a tardi e abbastanza forniti.

Per essere il periodo di agosto, la struttura è molto vicino alle spiagge e al centro. Situata un po’ più in su rispetto al mare, che in auto dista solo tre minuti. la struttura è rimodernizzazione molto accogliente.
Bisogna stare attenti alla prenotazione, noi ci siamo cascati in pieno. Io avevo pensato di prenotare una camera con jacuzzi, all’inizio della descrizione quando si prenota c’è scritto nei dettagli camera che la jacuzzi è disponibile ( si intuisce in ogni camera.) Quando però si va a digitare la camera scelta e si va a leggere bene nel dettaglio ( io ho prenotato una tripla ), non tutte hanno la jacuzzi, solamente le quattro a piano terra. Dunque state attenti a questo …se pensate di avere la piscinetta privata, prendete l’appartamento giusto, se no vi ritrovate come noi ad avere la camera senza jacuzzi ….siamo stati comunque bene perché lo staff ha cercato in qualunque modo di venirci incontro, è stato molto cordiale e ci hanno anche offerto alcune cose. Da questo lato non si può dire niente, ho chiesto direttamente anche a loro di modificare il dettaglio delle jacuzzi per le camere per gli ospiti che verranno e di modificare per far capire bene questa cosa,spero lo facciano. Molto pulito e attenti a far star bene il cliente. Hanno anche di proprieta’ un bar e uno market proprio sotto,poi vicino a 3 minuti a piedi ce’ anche un ristorante bar pizzeria. Direi che tutto sommato siamo stati bene,anche per tutto l’ altro contesto… ksamil e’ davvero una favola…. Bellissimo,acqua pulita e sembra di stare quasi in Sardegna…. Negozi e ristoranti ovunque….consigliatissimo!!!❤️❤️

Proximité avec le centre-ville fort appréciable, environ 10 - 15 min à pied.
L'hôte est très gentille et aux petits soins.
Le petit déjeuner est sucré/salé et il est soir servi à l'appartement soit dans le bar collé aux appartements (qui appartient aussi à L'hôte).
Nous étions en rez de jardin avec une place de parking juste devant la porte.
Nous avions aussi un jacuzzi (l'eau était froide mais pas dérangeant étant donné la chaleur)
Très calme
Je recommande
Rien de très dérangeant mais pas de volet sur la fenêtre juste au dessus du lit, donc jour le matin assez tôt.
Très peu d'ustensiles et de matériel pour cuisiner.

The owner was friendly and the location was within reasonable walking distance to the beach (although property is on a hill so some may struggle). The jacuzzi was a nice touch and a good way to cool down! Air con worked really well.
- no blind/curtain on the door which let a lot of light in
- partner got an electric shock using the bedside light when we first got there (although owner did come straight away but seemed to think it was fine)
- very basic
- kitchen wasn't very well stocked for self-catering (only 1 knife, no chopping board etc). Given 2 coffee pods for 6 days.
- no cleaning / housekeeping services even though we were there almost a week (we were only given 1 toilet roll so had to ask for more, at which point we were given clean sheets & towels but had to put them on ourselves)
- 'PAY AT PROPERTY' WAS CASH ONLY - they do not have a card machine. This was hugely disappointing as meant we had to withdraw cash and incurred significant fee (as all ATMs in Albania have huge charges)
