Good size hotel Very good staff who looks after you and try to accommodate. For example they say we checked in the pool man found us a sunbed. The food was amazing , loads of options and loads of Tunisian options too. It’s great to see a hotel where you have a variety of food and keen to share the culture The room was big and comfortable with a great view

WiFi was a bit weak in some areas but nothing major

We stayed at Sentido Bellevue Park in Sousse and overall had a mixed experience. The hotel itself is large, clean, and visually nice, with spacious and comfortable rooms. However, our room had a strong unpleasant smell coming from the wardrobes, possibly due to humidity. The hotel is clearly designed for guests who want to spend most of their time at the beach or pool and enjoy all-inclusive dining. The location is about a 25–30 minute drive from Sousse Medina. That said, the atmosphere was extremely noisy throughout our stay, which made it difficult to relax. Customer service was disappointing. Before arrival, we tried multiple times to change our reservation dates via Booking.com messages and by calling the hotel, but received no response. The issue was only resolved on the second day after arrival, and even then it was not handled smoothly. At one point, I had to leave my passport at reception, and when I later asked for it back, the staff initially claimed it was never left there. Only after insisting did they find it—without any apology. In general, the staff were not particularly helpful. We even experienced an uncomfortable situation where a porter suggested paying cash to receive all-inclusive bracelets. The parking experience was poor on both nights. We were told the parking was full and had to find a spot ourselves outside the hotel premises, without any assistance. The breakfast is served in a large, crowded restaurant, but the selection is quite good. Overall, while the hotel is clean and has good facilities, the noise, lack of service, and organization issues made our stay far from relaxing.
