Positives:
- The reception team was helpful and accommodating.
- Internet service was fast and reliable.
- The swimming pools were amazing—well-maintained and enjoyable.
- Food variety was great, with plenty of options to choose from.
Negatives:
- The hotel needs reinventing, the actual condition doesn’t match the outdated booking photos.
- Poor air conditioning in the room; despite two service requests, the issue remained unresolved.
- Not good value for money given the overall experience.
- Some waitstaff were rude and seemed to expect something extra for basic service.
