Located in Costa del Silencio, this attractive condo for $74 per night is a great option for your next trip. Ideally located, very quiet, comfortable, decreasing rates depending on the duration, near the beaches and downtown, a huge community pool. The apartment was renovated in December 2015 and has all the comfort and charm you need for an exceptional holiday. The modern ambience of the apartment blends perfectly with its ocean view, from where you can listen to its song. *** NEW ***: French, Spanish, English, German, Italian TV channels ... and more !!!! Over 1000 international channels !!! FREE AND PRIVATE FIBER OPTIC WI-FI The apartment is designed to accommodate 4 people. For your comfort, this studio is equipped with a 50 "LED screen with remote control. Connected to the internet it allows you to browse the web or go directly to YouTube ;-) Sleeping Is composed of 1 double bed of 160x200cm (in the bedroom) and a large sofa bed (140x200cm) (in the living room) The household linen (sheets, towels, tea towels ....) is obviously available for the duration of the stay. The kitchen The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, including fridge, freezer, traditional oven, "4-burner" glass ceramic, microwave with grill, extractor hood ... Small appliances are not to be outdone since you will also find: traditional coffee maker, NESPRESSO © coffee maker, toaster, citrus press, sandwich maker, kettle, blender, iron and ironing board. The bathroom It has a personal, modern and functional style. You will find a 80cm x 120cm shower tray, sink with its designer furniture, WC, washing machine ... without forgetting the hair dryer and hair iron ... The terrace You can enjoy the terrace and its views at any time for sunbathing or dining. You will never tire of the magnificent view ... a real treat !!!

From meeting Brice on arrival to leaving I can't fault a single thing. Large, clean and well presented apartment. Everything you need is there and the view from the balcony is awesome. Would definately stay there again

Eine schöne, voll moderne Wohnung. Alles, was man zum Leben braucht, ist vorhanden. Die Mama von Eigentümer und er selbst sind sehr nette, wunderschöne Menschen. Der Backofen in der Küche funktioniert nicht. Dank einen Ersatzminibackofen kann man schon Pommes zubereiten. Mit Pizza wird schon schwieriger. Was uns leider nicht gefallen hat (aber dafür kann der Vermieter nicht): Jeden Tag war sehr windig. Auf dem Balkon sitzen und essen unmöglich, da gegenüber der Wohnung eine leere Fläche ist und von dort viel Staub und Sand in die Wohnung fliegt.

Schönes Appartement
Schönes Appartement in ruhigem Appartementhaus mit eigenem Swimmingpool im Süden der Insel mit Sicht auf Meer und in Richtung Flughafen. Wer also Freude an Flugzeugen hat, kann diese im Anflug beobachten, machen aber keinen großen Lärm und stören so nicht weiter. Ansonsten Ausstattung wie auf den Bildern. Im Prinzip ist alles vorhanden, was man benötigt, haben nichts vermisst.
Ein Mietwagen ist empfehlenswert, es fährt aber auch ein Bus in fußläufiger Entfernung nach Los Cristianos.

Voll eingerichtetes, schönes Apartment mit einmaligen Ausblick in gepflegten Komplex
Das Apartment befindet sich in einem gepflegten, überwachten Komplex mit Pool und Poolbar. Der Check-in verlief trotz früherer Ankunft sehr freundlich. Das Apartment ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt und sauber. Während unseres Aufenthalts war es leider sehr oft stürmisch, sodass wir die wunderschöne Aussicht auf dem Balkon nicht oft nutzen konnten. Für unseren Mietwagen haben wir zu jeder Tageszeit einen nahen, kostenfreien Parkplatz gefunden.

Top-Fewo mit tollem Meerblick
Die Ferienwohnung liegt in einer großen Anlage, die von Eigentümern und Urlaubern bewohnt wird. Die Anlage ist sehr sauber, schöne Poolanlage mit allerdings sehr kaltem Wasser.
Das Apartment in der 3. Etage liegt am Ende des Flurs. Der Balkon weist in Richtung Osten, so dass bis ca. 12:00 h die Sonne auf den Balkon scheint. Wir hatten täglich einen Blick auf einen traumhaften Sonnenaufgang über dem Meer. Wenn es nicht zu windig war, haben wir auf dem Balkon gefrühstückt. Die Wohnung ist top mit allem eingerichtet, was man braucht (und darüber hinaus). Sie entspricht genau der Beschreibung in der Anzeige. Es gibt absolut nichts zu bemängeln.
Die kostenlose Wifi-Verbindung ist Spitze, über 200 mb/sec.
Die Wohnung ist absolut zu empfehlen!

Everything was as described.
The apartment is located on the far eastern corner of a large apartment complex, which includes a beautiful, well-maintained pool area in the courtyard for use. There is even a small pool bar.
The location of the apartment ensures fantastic tranquility, as well as the Alignment of Costa del Silencio: all tempo streets, including many one-way streets - there was almost no traffic to hear.
But for the Atlantic - 15 m from the balcony he strikes the shore. Turning north you can see the Teide.
The balcony faces east, so that every morning there is the sunrise over the Montaña Roja.
The apartment is fully equipped and modern and nicely furnished. In the kitchen everything is available, even larger menus can be prepared without any problems.
In the bathroom everything top and the washing machine helps to save luggage - Thanks to the sun and the wind everything dries in no time on the balcony, which holds a clothesline.
Of course, the apartment also has sun loungers for the balcony and a shopping bag with wheels to leave the car for a larger purchase.
From Costa del Silencio you can quickly reach the Autopista Sur to reach the most beautiful corners of the island. After La Galletas, to sit on the beach promenade in cozy restaurants, it is best to use the very good bus service.
Bris and his mother are very pleasant and helpful hosts.
All in all: we enjoyed it.

cet appartement est tout à fait conforme à la description et aux photos jointes. Il est bien plaçé face à la mer, calme. Il est situé prés des commerces et à peu de distance de la ligne de bus à partir de laquelle vous pouvez vous déplacer dans l'ile. Le propriétaire prend soin de ses locataires et donne toutes les informations nécessaires.
Nous reviendrons sans aucune doute.

We had wonderful stay was exactly as we wanted. Was wonderful to wake up to sounds of the sea.all was new and modern kitchen was well equipped with everything needed.The wifi and tv were top class with lots of stations.The complex was clean and quiet with a great pool area and was in walking distance of bars shops restaurants and bus stop was just around the corner. The owner even provided binoculars to look out for dolphins

Beautiful flat, a very nice place to be! Super cosy and very clean, everything you need is there. Poolarea is great and there are also some shops and restaurants around, if needed. Unfortunately we had quite a few really windy days and couldnt get out on balcony as much as we would have liked but thats weather for you.! The pool area is very quiet and is spotlessly clean however you do need to take your own loungers down which isnt great and not that comfortable,however we went down to westhaven bay( next to supermarket ) and sat on their loungers for free we just ensured we ate lunch or had coffee there which we would recomend . We found the immediate bars restaurants in silencio a bit tired and rundown.The area could definately do with refurbishment.It is very easy however to get local buses to cristianos and las americas so no great problem. We would also recommend the little beach bar round the coastline which has a nice atmosphere and good coffee.
