The Mountain View was amazing! We really loved the location and the breakfast was fabulous. The most amazing part is the shower 10/10. We will be back again at this hotel⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The peaceful atmosphere and lovely surroundings made our visit even more enjoyable. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious with tasty options 😋.Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing stay in Nuwara Eliya!

The service was excellent. We especially enjoyed the peaceful surroundings and the beautiful Nuwara Eliya climate. The breakfast was also excellent, with a good variety of fresh and tasty options. Everything was well prepared and served nicely. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience.

Schönes und ansprechendes Hotel. Zimmer super schön und sehr sauber. Frühstück war sehr früh, vor der Zugfahrt möglich!
Leider einiges! Wir waren Ende August vor Ort und haben aufgrund der Jahreszeit extra ein Zimmer mit AC gebucht. Leider gab es für diese nur keine Fernbedienung, auf Nachfrage wurde mir gesagt diese läuft automatisch für Luftzirkulation… (die angeschlossene Steckdose war ausgeschalten, demnach konnte das überhaupt nicht sein). Weil unser Zimmer sehr kalt war, haben wir gegen ZAHLUNG einen Heizstrahler bekommen… nur leider ist dadurch alle 5min die Sicherung geflogen und es gab keinen Strom für diesen! Des Weiteren ist bereits nach nicht mal 5min kurzem Duschen das Warmwasser ausgegangen… also war das aufwärmen im kalten Zimmer auch schwierig! Frühstück war naja.
Normalerweise bin ich nicht so kritisch bei Hotels, nur für 60€ die Nacht für dieses Erlebnis war ehrlicherweise frech. Viel zu teuer für das bekomme Resultat!!!
