The apartment was clean, they had coffee machine available, tea and a filter for water. Location was good as well, very central and walking distance to restaurants/bars/commerce/pier. Communication with staff for check-in and out was very efficient and helpful, everything done online and working well. Easy access to Fiumicino airport, very convenient.
Room was darker than what the pictures show, but it is a minor detail. Parking in the area is free, however, it is very very very busy during weekends, it can take some time to find a spot (it is not under the responsibility of the property, but worth to mention and warn people who come by car). Overall it was a good stay, our room for 2 persons would feel a bit tight if we were staying for longer, but for one night it was good.

Location to beach and FCO. Found street parking just a couple blocks away. Close to Ostia Antiqua.
Kind of a messy getting into the building for the first time. An app, four doors, and elevator, etc. We left for the airport at 5:30 am, so it was dark. Had trouble getting out the exit gate. Had to look up instructions, find the exit instructions. Then had to find a button to the “left” of the gate, but it was actually on the wall of the building. We are pretty savvy travelers but it took us 5-10 to figure how to get out of the property!

The location is great for the beach, it's a minute or two walk to the front and all the restaurants / bars etc. The owners are very helpful: we had a few problems getting in and with the room and he was super responsive and appeared within minutes to help in person. Nice shared kitchen area and a small terrace looking out over the busier parts of Ostia.
Check-in was a little tricky: they use the Vikey online app to remotely open gates etc on first entry and that didn't work particularly well. Some of the facilities are a bit run down, there was an open gap in our shower wall and the room lock needed fixing. The street noise was pretty loud at night from the window - you're close enough to some live music bars etc that go until a bit past 11pm that it can be tricky with a younger child.
