Only good thing I can say it was location close to the seaside. And thanks to Igor. We got changed to a better room with a terrace.
The property doesn’t look like in the pictures. Would have book a different place if I knew that is so low maintained property. Also the owner should have a word with the staff called Valentina. Her customer service was below acceptable. When done the check in she was mostly on the phone, we were completely ignored. After we waited more than 30 min for her to check us in. We received the worse room in the building. With mould and smells.
When I asked her to change our room she refused and said is not possible as there is no other available room. And she said to me I should not look at the pictures on the booking.com as those are for reference not what I would get.
Second day she completely ignored us when she saw us coming back from the beach. When I said hello to her , she turned her face to the computer, looking mad and completely ignoring, like I done something wrong to her.
Later same evening I went to reception asking if I can use an iron for my clothes, and same staff Valentina, refused to give me the iron, she said they don’t have one. When I insisted she said is only one iron for the entire hotel and some other guest is using it. And she said I should try again in the morning, maybe I’ll be lucky to get one. Next day morning I went to reception and Igor was there. Very helpful again. And he gave me a choice of different irons, which made me understand that the lady from previous day was just genuinely mad at me. Or just her way of being so unpleasant and making my stay more uncomfortable. I would give the hotel a better rate if not for the receptionist Valentina. Nothing personal about it, but looks like she had an issue with me from the moment of arrival until last interaction. Making my stay really irritating. On the other hand big thanks to igor who went an extra mile and tried his best to make our stay as pleasant as possible.

Beach just across the street. 13min walk to get to the city center, 18min to get to the main bus/train station Lido Centro from where we could easily get the bus to the airport. Light breakfast was OK. Location good, walkable distance. Good airconditioning.
The bus stop in front of the hotel was taking you to the city center, but as noone could tell us what its time schedule, we rather just walked - it was OK.
Cleaning lady was keeping our room not locked. Safe was broken.

We booked the room an hour before arriving after our flight was cancelled. The receptionist was extremely friendly, showed us to our room, and arranged an early‑morning taxi. The location is right on the beach, with a fantastic outdoor restaurant. Our room had a large balcony with sunbeds, which was a great surprise. It’s a shame we had to leave so early in the morning.

good location easy parking.
we were in the older tower. rooms were small and bathroom tiny. bed wasn’t comfortable at all. breakfast very basic. We had stayed last year but weren’t impressed this stay
