struttura molto bella e accogliente, pulizia ottima, bagno molto bello. tutto appena ristrutturato. soggiorno piacevole e host molto disponibile e gentile.

Oda temizliği iyiyidi, klima iyi çalışıyordu
Ostia merkeze ve market/ restoranlara çok uzaktı, çalışanlar check in saatleri konusunda esneklik sağlamadılar, ancak apartta kalan tek oda bizdik bu nedenle erken check in imkanı sağlanmamasına anlam veremedik. Oda ve ortak alan kaldığımız süre boyunca temizlenmedi ve çöpler alınmadı, düzenli çöplerin alınması ve havluların değiştirilmesi iyi olurdu

Super easy check in and generally access system. Very friendly and reactive staff. All amenities are new. It’s very close to the beach and bus, metro stop
The safe was locked after previous guests and we were not able to use it.
There is not much around this location - to have more options of restaurants , cafes etc you need to go to Ostia. But if you need just the beach - it’s great

The apartment was clean, cozy, excelent for family holiday, close to the beach, train station, bus stop, secure and handy to get to Rome, airport or anywhere else.
All was good. The host Frank and Latifa were extremely helpful and made our stay and departure extraordinary.
