“We had a wonderful stay. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, everything was very clean, and they were very welcoming to our dog. Great experience overall.”
The only inconvenience we experienced was related to accessibility. My mom uses a wheelchair, and a few times the floors were being washed with water during the day. While we appreciate the cleanliness, it made it uncomfortable to move around and required waiting for the floors to dry. It might be easier for guests using wheelchairs if this cleaning were done very early in the morning or later at night.”
