Todo está excelente muy limpio bonitas instalaciones, el área de la alberca está súper bonito y todos son sumamente amables
El gerente del hotel Cesar se portó súper profesional y amable al reservar. Nosotros cometimos un error y él nos resolvió. No solamente no nos cobra adicional si nos dio dos cortesías de buffet cuando el error fue de nosotros. Sí tenemos que haberlo pagado estamos muy agradecidos y seguiremos regresando todos son muy amables. Muchísimas gracias idades por su personal

El estacionamiento es muy seguro y nuevo con pluma y guardia y esto se valora muchisimo. El hotel es nuevo y bien ubicado, los baños limpios.
No me parecio que pidieran los documentos de TODOS los huespedes, normalmente se pide el documento de quien hizo la reservacion (como le vas a pedir INE a toda una familia con niños por ejemplo?), no me parecio' que los cuartos de 2000 pesos cad anoche huelan a humedad, y tampoco me parecio que en el desayuno INCLUIDO llegue la meserra con un ticket que dice TOTAL 0 y con una pluma le pongan "PROPINA NO INCLUIDA". mas de 2000 pesos es mucho para tantos detalles, no pienso volver
