About this condo rental
Located in Rome, this lovely condo for $412 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. The house, completely renovated on November-December 2016, is very spacious and comfortable, ideal for families or groups of friends. This magnificent apartment, located on the fifth floor of a sixth floors building, with elevator, has an area of 180 square meters and consists of a spacious hall with a large wardrobe, living room with dining table, fully equipped kitchen with dining table, four large bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms with shower, one with only shower and faucet (no wc), also a private SAUNA. The bedrooms are as follows: 1) room one has one queen size bed (2 sleeps); 2) room two has one queen size bed (2 sleeps); 3) room three has one queen size bed (2 sleeps); 4) room four is a twin (2 sleeps). All the bedrooms have TV LCD and large closets, USB PORT. All rooms are illuminated by large windows and have high ceilings, characteristic of Roman’s ancient buildings. The furnitures are new and the house is unique, with a wonderful view over S. Peter church and very quiet. Air conditioning, heating, free wifi internet access (very fast on fiber optic), continuos hot water, 5 TV Lcd, Washer and Dryer, safe, oven, microwaves, kettle, toaster, coffee maker. The City of Rome requires the payment of a city tax for tourists (citizen not resident) of €6 per night per person, except children under ten years old. The city tax is payable in cash upon arrival.. The apartment is located in a beautiful building with entrance from Via della Stazione di San Pietro. The location of the house is fantastic: few minutes walking to S. Peter Church and S. Peter Rail Station with trains every 10-15 minutes to Valle Aurelia (1 stop connection with Metro A), Roma Trastevere, Roma Ostiense (connection with Metro B), Roma Termini, Roma Tiburtina, etc. Bus 64 to Piazza Venezia (Coliseum) is next to the building. Shops, cafè, Restaurants, Green Grocery (open from 7 am until midnight) Pastry makers very close as well. Taxi stand only 1 minute walking from the building. CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT POLICY: Check in time 3 - 7:30 pm. Check in late, Sunday and Holiday € 40. Check out time 10:00 am If we don't have any departure the same day of Your arrival, we allow free early check in from 10 am. Otherwise You will be able to drop off Your luggage after the previous guests check out 810 am). If we don't have any arrival the same day of Your departure, we allow free late check out till noon. EXTRA CLEANING SERVICE AVAILABLE ON DEMAND If You order an extra cleaning during Your stay, the cleaning agency usually sends 2-3 cleaners in the late morning, because they first clean the apartments with check in the same day. To clean this apartment costs €90. If You wish also a change of linens and towels, it costs € 10 per person, a change of the cover of duvet (Winter time) or cover of bed (Summer time) costs €6 per person. We provide one set of towels per person. If You want some more, each extra set costs €5. This service is payable to the cleaners directly. We provide a set of cortesy with some soap, shampoo and paper toilet for the first days. When those items run out, if You don't order an extra cleaning, You should use Yours or buy at the Supermarket. Thanks. This location was perfect for us. It was around the corner from the train and a taxi stand, close to shopping and restaurants. The property was clean and we were greeted right when we arrived. It was a very enjoyable stay.

Maurizio was communicating with us before our trip. Before arriving in Rome, Allan was checking in on us and even offered transportation but we had that covered already. Easy to get to: walking distance to a little market, delicious restaurants, train, metro and Vatican City. Allan met with us and explained how to work stuff. The washer and drier are located in the apt however, not like American ones and small. It's comfortable and 4 women traveling and walking together, we felt safe at all times. The only inconvenience are the showers as there is a high step in each of all 3 of them

This property was ideal for our party of 9. It was affordable and the host was always prompt with answering question. The property was clean and the beds were firm and comfortable. The lift was old and added charm to the building. There is a train station and bus nearby with a number of cafes, convenience store and restaurants.

We really enjoyed the space and number of bedrooms provided by this property. The location is in a safe and residential area with lots of restaurants, bars, and a grocery store nearby. It is also very close to the Vatican as well as walkable to the center of Rome. If needed, there is also a bus and train stop behind him property. The property has an old but usable elevator and very good AC.
The manager booked all of our transfers for us. The were a good price and very efficient.
While we enjoyed our stay, there were a few negatives. The beds were very hard and only had a bottom sheet and a top sheet. There were a few old looking comforters in the closets that we chose not to use because we didn't know if they were washed after each guest.
Also, the washing machine is VERY small and slow. And please make sure to empty the water container from the dryer after every load or it will not dry.
In one of the bedrooms there was a hose dripping water into a plastic container under the AC unit. In order for it to not overflow, were had to empty it multiple times a day and once in the night. We were NOT told this upon arrival and had to figure it out for ourselves.
The bedroom with the small ensuite bathroom has a toilet that you may not put ANY toilet paper down. However, there is a bidet if necessary. The shower in this room is also extremely small, which made it difficult to use.
The other bathrooms were fine and could be used as normal. Overall we enjoyed our stay!

The host here extremely helpful from the start, and helped us arrange airport transfers, etc. The manager was always available and was very kind. The apartment is modern and has everything you need. The neighborhood is relatively quiet and very close to st peters, but a bit of a walk to most other things. Excellent restaurants and groceries very close. Will recommend.

This villa was very clean and comfortable for 8 adults. Very good communication, and easy check-in. Quiet neighborhood, but very easy access to all things Rome. We would definitely stay in this unit again should we ever get back to Rome!

The property was as advertised: It was clean and well-kept, comfortably large enough for 6-7 people, and located near St. Peter's and plenty of restaurants, small markets, a grocery store as well as a 20-30 minute walk to popular Trastevere. It had everything we needed for our family of 2 adults and 4 teenagers.
Mauro and Allan were wonderful for all of our needs including transportation to and from the airport and a fantastic referral to private tour guide. They were immediately responsive and helpful before, during and after the trip. We couldn't ask for anything more. Grazie!

The apartment was spacious and had the added bonus of three bathrooms. It was well equipped enabling us to eat in some nights ( easier with young children). The location was chosen due to its proximity to the Vatican city and the principal tourist sites all of which are accessible by foot. It had the added bonus of being very quiet at night and it felt safe.

Friend place was over booked so we had 2 extra people. Plenty of room host was wonderful. Any issues were addressed within an hour.

After booking, the contact and advance help and instructions were superb. We were welcomed by Allan at the appartment who was brilliant. He could not have been more helpful.
The location of this property is superb for the Vatican City and a beautiful building which is currently being restored.
However there were some negatives
The safe was broken which was disappointing. The air conditioning unit in one room didn’t work other than to send out hot air which was not great during the summer weather. Each air conditioning unit had bowls sitting under them to catch the moisture but the one in the living room was clearly broken as despite emptying the bowls the floor kept getting soaked with water.
The general cleanliness wasn’t great. Everywhere felt a bit grubby and dirty. The shower head was filthy in the main bathroom and there were some holes in the wall in the en-suite bathroom.
We didn’t spend a massive amount of time there but with a lick of paint a good deep clean and to fix some of the broken items, this apartment could be absolutely superb!

Our family of 7 (4 adults and 3 kids) recently stayed in this roomy apartment. The apartment was clean, air conditioned (a must given the high temps!), with a lift (also a must with older parents and small children), and was steps away from Vatican City. Although we weren't in the heart of Rome, the train station and bus stop were just a block away (a few minutes walk), and the bus was super easy to navigate (the number 64 bus goes from San Pietro station (this stop) to Termini Station and has stops along the way near most of the main attractions or with a simple connection. There is a nice grocery store (Carrefour) a block or so away and several restaurants that we took advantage of after our excursions into town.

We had a wonderful time in this apartment! There was plenty of space for 8 of us. We were proximate to Trastevery (20 minute walk) & Vatican City (10 minute walk), making it perfect for all our touristy ventures. We had some issues with the air conditioning, but the host was very communicative about the situation and sent someone out the day of to solve it. Overall, wonderful experience!

The communication with Maurizio was phenomenal from the start. He even offered to coordinate an airport pick up for us, which, by the way, you should take him up on his offer. The driver was waiting for us at the airport and the cost was very reasonable. Maurizio's assistant was waiting for us (early) for check in. The apartment has great natural light and is immaculate. The only reason I'm giving it a 4 star rating is because of the a/c's. The weather in Rome had just turned warm and I understand the a/c's had not been used since last year. Our fist night was hot. HOWEVER, Maurizio refunded us that first night and part of the second while he bent over backwards to resolve the a/c situation. Honestly, it was NOT his fault at all, and I appreciate his effort to resolve the problem.

Great location and spacious Vatican unit
Maurizio and his team were very professional and accommodating. Our flight from the US was twice delayed and they were quick to arrange and rearrange airport transfers for us and provided us with recommendations for a great tour guide of Rome. Communication was fast and easy.
The apartment is in a great location within just a short minute walk of St. Peter’s and all other major tourist attractions around Rome. The unit has 4 bedrooms, 3 baths, kitchen and living room. More than ample space for our family of five with teenagers. Two thumbs up from us.

Last minute
One of the other properties had to cancel due to covid. We had two days to find a property. The owner was incredibly responsive, got right back to me on numerous questions. We had a group of eight and he got us right in. Place is gorgeous, right by the vatican. Highly reccomend

The pictures are accurate… everything is white, clean and lovely. Communication was excellent, the size of each bedroom was large, the beds were very comfortable and the apartment was located pretty well for exploring all the major attractions. I’d highly recommend this property.
