Staff were very friendly. Hotel was spotlessly clean. Comfortable beds. Great TVs and internet. Fast elevators. Decent breakfast.
The shower water pressure/volume was simply terrible. It takes 2-3 times longer to take a shower. It was very frustrating. Neighboring hotels do not have this same problem.
Also, could provide more towels. Towels are relatively small and you simply get 2 bath towels, 2 hand towels, 2 wash clothes. Very basic.

Location and outdoor seating
Accessibility room did not have walk in shower
Only 1 office chair in room for seating, asked staff for another chair as weather did not permit our outdoor activity and were told no by staff.
