The host was very helpful and accommodating.
We reached very late and still he came to pick us from the main Street.
Helped us park the car and helped with the luggage.
Changed our room to ground floor as I was travelling with elderly parents and was with heavy luggage.
Also offered a free of cost separate extra room.
Kept our luggage after check out free of cost.
The breakfast was really good.
The place is beautiful.
Great value for money. Other places were double as expensive and half as pretty.
The bathroom is very small but most riad are similar as they are not hotels and are not made as hotel. They are more like home stay.
The toilet ventilation is also not the best.
The host was lovely but my advice would be not to take suggestions regarding guide and restaurants, etc. Anything suggested outside the riad was not good and overpriced such as restaurant and the guide left us half way.

I absolutely loved everything about Riad Arabella. The riad is beautiful, peaceful, very clean, and full of authentic Moroccan charm. The staff was incredibly kind and welcoming, always making sure I felt comfortable, the breakfast was delicious, and the location was perfect for exploring the medina. It truly felt like a special and relaxing experience.
My room was incredible — extremely comfortable, spotless, and beautifully designed. Every detail of the decor felt elegant and authentic, creating a luxurious and relaxing atmosphere.

Property exceeded our expectations. Our room was huge, very well decorated with incredible high ceiling (approx 07/08m high). From check-in to check-out, everyone was very thoughtful and welcoming, a big thank you to the whole team of the Riad Arabella !
Location is not directly within the Medina, or not exactly near major attractions. It does however help to reach it by car/taxi. Breakfast was also nice but nothing outstanding. still for the price, we are very happy about our stay.

Very beautiful property. I would say a Riad is still a riad. It’s not a 4/5* hotel
The bathroom is dated but then again, it is a Riad. There was a smell coming from there maybe bad drainage but again, it is an old Riad with i’m sure beautiful history. Staff accommodated our coming in late but would have been better to just give us a key for convenience. We did have a key to our bedroom though.
