L'emplacement de l'établissement est vraiment très facile à trouver et le quartier est très bien. Riad calme et reposant.
L'accueil de notre hôte était très bien, Hassan était très sympathique et serviable. Il nous a donné de bons conseils visites et a été très à l'écoute. Merci pour cet accueil 👍🏽

The receptionist Hassan was exceptional. He was not just a receptionist but a tour guide and cook aswell!
We were really confused when we arrived in Fez as to the wherabouts of our restaurant booking. Hassan guided us through the streets 10mins to our booking which we wouldnt have found without him. 10/10 guy.
Breakfast was personalised to our taste, made fresh and tasted great.
The room was good, air conditioned and clean. We had a minor bathroom issue (no hot water) but was saved again by Hassan who fixed the problem.
The location was excellent on the edge of the medina.
Rooftop terrace was a great additon that made breakfast perfect.
The decorations were also lovely and authentic.
The location was difficult to find but arent they all lol.
Apart from that the hotel was fab, we will be staying again.
Very small comment, pillows slightly hard but not a real issue.
