Great location, comfortable beds including the sofa bed. The apartment was clean and bright. good communication from Luis.
There had been a leek so there was a damp smell.

Location is excellent. Entry is via a code to the building and another to the apartment. Facilities are very good and plenty of space. Had everything that we needed. Aircon in living room and bedroom both work well. Washing machine works well and clothes aired had plenty of room for all our washing. The area was very quiet at night, so slept well.
Stairs are steep, but this wasn’t a problem for us. Bathroom is very small, also not a problem for us, but could be for bigger people. Bathroom smells musty and freezer badly needs defrosting. Could do with more laundry detergent and pegs.

The location was excellent in a vibrant area which was lively and entertaining in the evening. Super views from the accommodation across the roof tops of Alfama.
Aircon and washing machine a bonus.
Unfortunately the smell from the drains in the bathroom were over powering at times and clearly this is an ongoing issue.
The general fixtures and furniture are looking tired and would benefit from some attention. Chipped crockery and cracked table top examples of this.
The bed linen and towels smelt musty and lacked appropriate laundering.
