Location was good, room and bathroom was clean, the kitchen and common sitting area was also clean. No pests at all. Selva who worked there was very helpful, kind and friendly. No complaints. All positive feedback
As this is a family oriented hotel we bring small kids to stay. It would be good if the hotel can keep a hot water kettle in the room, also if the hotel can provide portable heaters at night for the room it would help the small kids when it's very cold. The room also needs more plug bases and more lights as at night the room is gloomy.
