We travelled as a family group of six adults, and Niwasa Hills was a wonderful choice for our stay. The accommodation suited all our needs perfectly, with three beds: one triple bed, one double bed with a beautiful mountain view from the floor-to-ceiling window, and one single bed. The room also had an attached bathroom, a balcony with a lovely view, and hot water.
The service was excellent. Instead of feeling like we were staying at a hotel, we felt as if we were staying at a relative’s home. The staff were incredibly hospitable, friendly, and helpful.
What impressed us the most was their kindness even after our reservation time had ended. We still wanted to explore Nuwara Eliya but had nowhere to keep our luggage. The staff kindly helped us temporarily store our bags at their guest house in Nuwara Eliya free of charge. This was such a thoughtful gesture and made our trip much easier.
Thank you so much, Niwasa Hills and Niwasa House, for your wonderful hospitality and kindness. We truly appreciate everything you did for us and will remember your warm service with gratitude. ❤️
Currently one way road to the niwasa hills was partially broken. However other one is fine. But if you using pick me,location issues can occur.

I stayed one night at Niwasa Hill Hotel in Nuwara Eliya. Overall, the stay was okay. The environment is very calm and quiet, with a beautiful view and a peaceful atmosphere.🍃
Electricity and other basic facilities were fine. Overall, an average stay, but improving the hot water and bedding cleanliness would make it much better.
The main issue was the hot water. The water pressure was very low, and hot water was not coming properly, which was uncomfortable because Nuwara Eliya is very cold. The bedsheets and some linens could also have been cleaner.
