NO BREAKFAST PROVIDED BUT COFFEE. THEY LIED TO BOOKING AND ALL THE GUEST.
IT WAS THE ONLY REASON TO STAY IN THAT HORRIBLE LOCATION - WITHOUT PARKING, IT WAS TERRIBLE TO DRIVE ALL OVER THE PLAZA AREA LOOKING FOR P ARKING...
THE FRONTDESK WAS FOOLING WITH THE RESERVATION IN WHICH I CHOOSE THE ONLY ROOM AVAILABLE AND SHE SAID WHY WE WERE 2 PEOPLE AND PICK THE FAMILY ROOM... IT WAS RUDE AND UNKIND... TRYING TO CHARGE US MORE FOR CHOOSING A ROOM WITH 2 QUEEN BEDS WHEN IN EVERY HOTEL, PEOPLE CAN CHOOSE A DOUBLE BED FOR THE SAME PRICE... AND MAKE US SIGN A DOCUMENT... IN THE FRONT DESK... WHEN ALL WE ARE REQUIRED EVERYWHERE WAS OUR CREDIT CARD... NO INTERNET SUGNAL TO WATCH TV...
