I like the property in general and the location and size of my room were excellent.
My room was in need of some repairs that were scheduled for the day I left. I understand A/C was schedule to be replace. and in my opinion they should replace the mattress on the bed.

We were allocated room #6 on the ground floor which had 3 king-size beds. It was a nice a nice apartment until we discovered black mold on the ceiling. We were then transfered to two separate rooms, room#11 with a king-size bed and room #9 with a queen-size bed. The location of the property, which was difficult to find, was close to restaurants and a couple of beaches. The sounds of the coqui at night was very soothing.
The mold issue in the room is a health hazard and needs to be looked at more seriously. Being by the Carribean shouldn't be an excuse. They probably would need a bigger dehumidifier or a way to better control the level of humidity in the rooms. The water pressure in the bathroom was very low and it was difficult to control the water temperature. We ahd to wait a long time for the showers to warm up. The rooms had bare necessities, and when we asked for extra toileteries, we were told that the guests would normally bring their own.
