Excellent beach and pool. Close to downtown restaurants and walking distance to bakery and grocery. Nice grounds in the courtyard.

Great place to vacation. The staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel, beach and pool are clean and well kept. Room service did a fantastic job and cleaned rooms daily. The cafe and pool bar service were great along with the menu. My family, friends and I will be returning to this hotel when visiting Puerto Rico.

Wouldn’t stay here again. Dehumidification system in the rooms is not great. We either had wet floors with a comfortable temp or dry floors and froze. Outdated rooms, old tv, dirty pool…not dealbreakers, just made for a lackluster stay. Great location by the beach though and close to all the restaurants in Rincon.

Our air conditioner was broken, it was set at 17 and would not warm up. Maintenance came right away and had to shut it off, so great service but unfortunately did not fix the problem. We were not offered another room. Our coffee machine in room was broke and we did not get a replacement

We loved it here. It was a good location. Close to a lot of stuff. The hotel is really beautiful. The pool was great. It is right on the ocean which is perfect. The food was very delicious, breakfast & coffee was very good. We had food by the pool which was also very good. Drinks were also good. The only thing that could have been slightly better was the updating of the rooms, but definitely worth staying. The staff was super accommodating. Our room was on ground level which gave perfect access to the pool and the bed was super comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

I stayed at Rincon of the Seas for 2 nights. The hotel has an excellent location on a beautiful beach. My room was a nice size and had a beautiful view of the resort and the ocean. The king-size bed was comfortable, but the pillows were well-worn. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel needs a remodel and makeover, but the price was right for the condition of the hotel. I recommend the hotel and would stay there again.

Everyone was very nice and helpful. The pool and beach were fantastic!! All staff in the restaurant and bar were the best!! Room was decent, a bit dated. Rincon was close enough to walk and we felt very safe. Bakery, grocery store, and other stores close also. Restaurants close with lots of choices.

Beautiful beach setting but property is in need of updates and cleanliness. Bathroom had black grout around toilet. Reported and nothing was done. There’s also some construction in the first floor

Unique location. Adequate pricing. Lots of options around. Great service. Pool should be divided or a kids pool should be added. A quiet pool can be added and maybe a game room. I really enjoyed my stay.

We had an amazing time here in Rincon for a few days. Staff was very friendly. It is an older hotel but still has it's charm. We definitely felt comfortable and were happy with our selection. Would definitely come back.

The beach at the hotel is very good. Everything in the room looked like new. Very good alternatives for food nearby (seafood, pastas, meats, sandwiches, etc. ). I look forward to come back in the future.

The rooms were gorgeous with amazing views. The swim up bar was a nice feature. The beach located within the resort was very weak kept. The staff were amazingly friendly and knowledgeable about the area. The restaurants on property served amazing food with local Puerto Rican cuisine and some Americsn cuisine options as well. We will be back!!!

We should have been warned that it is being renovated. It should have been my decision to stay or not. The noice woke us up. The hotel is great but we had to stay with the loud noices when supposedly trying to relax.

I am never one to write a review but my experience was horrible. The staff was great at the property, but it was a nightmare when the fire arm started to go off at 12 AM/midnight, and did not go off till 2 AM. And then started going off again at 6:30am. As someone who works in the Maintenance/property management field, I am just shocked how no one was able to turn off the fire alarm, or maybe not trained. I almost left the resort after two hours of nonstop fire alarms going off but where was I supposed to find a place at 1am? I called the front desk and they informed me that no one had the key. Index not the end of it from 6 to 7 AM. They started doing renovations at the bottom floor. I am not sure what is going on but anywhere I’ve worked just common courtesy, especially at a hotel you would expect at least construction to start around 8am. Someone needs to manage this place better and do better. I was going to recommend this place to my company from Florida to stay but with my experience I will not recommend this place.

Small property with good pool facilities, this is NOT a "grand" caribbean hotel. This is a very small facility that seems to had served as a school (perhaps) in the past and was converted to a small hotel. Basically looks like beach condos with a pool bar. Felt overpriced for the facility. Hotel Guards monitor entrance of each vehicle which gives a sense of good security. Enjoyed the lobby area and the pool area. Small beach area was quiet and enjoyable for sunbathing (not for swimming). Nice staff but at pool bar they are slow. Only a few customers but we had to get up to get the attendants to acknowledge us and then wait quite a bit for our drinks.
