On the 3rd floor of a condominium with a lift, this 34 m² apartment with terrace benefits from an ideal location: an unobstructed view of Trez-Hir beach and the sea, as well as a privileged situation just a stone's throw from shops, restaurants, boutiques, the tourist office, the GR34 and the sailing school.
The entrance opens onto a pleasant living space entirely open-plan, comprising a dining area with a table and 4 chairs.
The kitchen, open to the living room, is fully equipped with a 2-ring ceramic hob, a microwave oven, a fridge-freezer, a coffee maker and a kettle.
The lounge, offering a beautiful view of the sea, includes a television, a sofa, a coffee table and an armchair. A glazed door provides access to the terrace.
The terrace is furnished with a table and four chairs, it offers a magnificent view of Trez-Hir beach and the sea, ideal for enjoying outdoor meals.
The bedroom, also facing the sea, has a 140 cm double bed, a wardrobe and direct access to the terrace via a second glazed door.
The bathroom is equipped with a shower with narrow access and a washbasin.
