Clise to all bars etc in Ixia. Quiet location nobidy passing by. Great for couples or small family. Loads of outside space. Heated pool a bonus! All amenities well thought out and all you couod need. Great welcome pack, wine, water, milk, coffee, sugar, coffee pods, french toast, marmalade, cornflakes. As we arrived at 2am these were a godsend for breafast later. Value for money though is great as other villas of this type much more expensive in the area. Would definitely stay again but just 2 of us unless they add a second bedroom which could easliy be done as loads of space. Shower and washing machine both great. Small parking area but didnt hire a car as everything so near. Just be careful if you do as its a dead end and your parking space is right in a corner where locals turn round so check your car for marks as the locals we saw didnt look that good at reversing!!😁
Not much to dislike only for us Ocean Park All Inclusive RIGHT next door had water aerobics with 'boom boom' music at 10.30am till 11.30 and again at 3.30pm. We started going out as the villla has a great outdoor space which is well thought out. Plus a ping pong table. Also all one long building so only one main bedroom and you have to walk past anyone sleeping on sofa beds like our son as WC, shower and kitchen at the other end. Bedroom door handle didnt help as needs a new one or oiling as our son made it clear it was annoying!! Only 1 wine glass 4 decent big glasses and a few good mugs. Not sure how often pool is cleaned as definitely hadnt been done prior to our weeks rental or while we were there unless we missed them but needs more attention due half the outdoor space being full of fruit laden citrus trees.

Very cool house. We loved it so much that we will definitely come back. We felt very welcome. Coffee, cookies, olive oil, wine and water were left. It was very nice. The house has a washing machine and there are washing capsules, an iron. The kitchen has everything for cooking, a microwave oven, etc. There is a grill available. Very comfortable beds and pillows. The garden was wonderful, like its own oasis. Our daughter was delighted with the heated pool and the cats that came to visit. Thank you for a cool holiday

Een huisje voor ons zelf,en natuurlijk het zwembad.
Er mogen wat meer glazen ter beschikking zijn,er waren maar twee wijn glazen,ook keukenhanddoeken mogen er wat meer zijn.Was er maar ééntje ter beschikking,en heb die
dan maar een zelf gewassen.
