The location and the ambience was exceptional and too good, we all loved it especially my kid she was soo happy, the food was good and also the staff

The resort is a little away from town and situated on the banks of Vembanad Lake. Resort is well-maintained and nicely spaced out with lot of greenery and walking areas. The staff were super friendly and took care of our needs - food, tea, snacks, bedding, etc. Rooms are clean and spacious and can fit additional beds if necessary. Each room also contain fan and AC to beat the heat. The ayurvedic spa was great for a relaxed vacation and the spa packages were reasonably priced too. Breakfast buffet spread is good and à la carte food menu also available. Food preparation was yummy. The resort is also wheel-chair friendly with ramp and lift available for wheel chair access. All in all a very good resort.

The gaming area for table tennis, foosball and carroms was kept outdoor which was not enjoyable during hot/humid climate. Better to move the games to a closed air-conditioned indoor room. The inhouse lake area needs more cleaning to remove the green moss and pigeon poop.

Salle de gym inutilisable : aucune aération ou climatisation, la chaleur à l'intérieur est insoutenable. Nourriture moyenne. Annonces d'activité sont trompeuses : le paddle et pédalo ne sont que sur un petit plan d'eau sur le site de l'hôtel, aucun accès au lac possible; le tour en bâteau a été annulé au dernier moment. Très loin de tout, ce qui rend la déception encore plus grande vis à vis des annonces d'activités ou de la présence d'une salle de gym.
