El personal es muy amable y la habitación es acogedora.

The host (aka the boss of restaurant) and the staff were friendly and always ready to help.
Our room is cute, it's behind the restaurant but privacy is protected.
There's no fan in the room, but the weather at nuwara eliya was cool at night. They provided a thick blanket.
5-8minutes walking distance to the center bus stop. Very strategic location, easy to get food near by.
The bathroom quite small.
The smell of sewer pipes is quite obvious.
