The staff were exceptionally warm, friendly, and welcoming. The hotel is located very close to Besakih Temple, which is within walking distance and makes it a very convenient choice for visiting the temple. Please note that there are quite a lot of dogs outside at night, so it is something to be aware of if you plan to walk around after dark.
The room was very comfortable, with good facilities and comfortable bedding. The view from the room was also beautiful, overlooking the swimming pool and the valley.
The only downside was the hot water supply. If two people take showers one after another, there may not be enough hot water for the second person. But it can be accepted.

La vue est exceptionnelle. Nous avions les bungalow vue sur la piscine, et avions l’impression d’avoir loué une villa rien que pour nous.
Eka est très gentille et très arrangeante.
L’hôtel est près de la route qui monte au temple. Le premier jour il y avait pas mal de circulation en fin de journée, mais pas de problème les autres jours.

Location
Advertised restaurant on site did not have one. Air conditioning not cold enough during heat of day. Water turned off at night so couldn’t have late shower.
