The hotel is in a great location overlooking the mountains and the staff is super friendly and helpful. The property offers parking and they also have an in-house restaurant.
At the end, I think it was a good choice for us. The hotel is close to Argelès-Gazost so you can easily find a restaurant or cafe. It's also close to great starting points for day hikes.
The room that was given to us, on the 3rd floor, was a bit uncomfortable because of the diagonal ceiling - not for tall people at all! The breakfast is great with local produce and fresh items, but a bit of variety wouldn't hurt, especially considering that it costs 12 euro per person. As a non-french person, croissants with jam every day can feel repetitive. We stayed there for four nights.

Fantastic location. Very laid back. Staff were all fantastic. Food in the restaurant was some of the best food I've had in France.
Rooms were a little dated, but we had a balcony and the view across the valley was fantastic, which made up for it.
