It's very easy to navigate from the brignole station and to get around the city since the are buses in the station.fast food places like kfc and mcdonald's as well as grocery shops are less than 10 minutes walk. Breakfast was very delicious with so many options to choose from but if you prefer savory breakfast you can buy the things to make your own in the kitchen since italian breakfast consists of sweet instead of savory.
The kitchen can be crowded it's a lil bit small,if you go during peak season or peak days. some showers and toilet close to the kitchen are very tiny.

I had beautiful stay in Genova. The location is perfect for travelers. The staff was very friendly and ready to help. I liked the common areas. The breakfast were in Italian style so do not expect ham or eggs. I loved that after stay i could leave my backpack in the luggage area for free which gave me more time to explore the city. I was staying in hostel for the first time, this one in Genova i definitelly recommend. Very friendly for solo travelers and also female.
The bathrooms were a bit smelly. I would also welcome if there was shower gel for free to use.

Location was amazing, staff was really helpful too! Good breakfast as well.
