Щиро дякую «Панському двору» за гостинність. Чудове місце, обов’язково приїду ще у Чернівці і залишусь у вас. Добрі, привітні люди працюють. Чудові просторі кімнати. Сам готель-взагалі естетична насолода. Смачні сніданки та великі порції. Увечері в середині готелю все так гарно підсвічується. В кімнаті тапочки, мийні засоби, сейф, кондиціонер, тв, все справне, чистота, одним словом- насолода.

Clean, good location and value for money
The furniture and renovation of 2000s style - just not my thing and doesn't add to my comfort.
The staff didn't ask me about the business trip documents and cherged a tourist fee. Then took some time to retrieve the receipt to prepare my full business documents package. This just speaks about unattentiveness with following the procedure (I stated on Booking that I am travelling for business).
