The room was so clean and decorated so uniquely. We had a lovely breakfast that was included in the stay. The beds were so comfortable and clean. Would recommend to other travelers.
Lots of the plants in the courtyard were dead and didn’t look like the pictures but it did not affect our stay.

The Location
The communication before arrival was not fantastic but everything worked out in the end.
This place lives of their location, they always will have lots of tourists, they don’t need to try.

Cold fridge.
WiFi keeps dropping out; drain smell; towels worn and at least 10 years old; TV didn’t work even though part fixed once; no self-check-in (they were 20 mins late to check in); coffee pot black in water tank; bizarre furniture.

It was clean and good lighting
Old furniture, i was scared that anytime wooden sofa bed could be brocken.
Stuff were not responsible, there was no wifi for whole time of my stay, 3 days. After informing multiple times, he promised to fix wifi multiple times, but did not fix it at the time of my stay.
I have booked for 3 nights including breakfast, 1st day there was no breakfast, 2nd day he sent us to another restaurant, 800 meters away for a very limited menu only a toast and coffee. 1st day he intentionally did not provide us breakfast, i think. He did not give me any compensation as well though breakfast was part of my booking.
Location is not far from the city’s main attractions, but not in great position. No view available. it is a bit back side of cathedral and alcazer.
Kitchen facilities are very basic, no toaster, backoven, dishwasher.
