Location is perfect, walking distance to Ortigia. There is plenty of free parking in the surrounded areas.
The room was serviced everyday and it was spotless. The bathroom and the room facilities in general are up top date.
We had breakfast delivered in the room every morning which was also great.
Check in and check out process was very easy and we had plenty of information from Giovanny about places to visit in the area. I recommend this place 100%

Good location in between Ortigia and the archeological sights. Very convenient for train and buses. Excellent online guide with all the key information about transport, sights and restaurants etc provided beforehand. Giovanni was also super helpful in running through key points when we arrived.
There was a Lift in the building which was great.
The room was comfortable, bed was comfy but a bit low, there was a fridge and kettle in room and a wardrobe for storage. Ac and WiFi were excellent.
We didn’t have the breakfast. Overall I would recommend although some improvements could make guests’ stay even better.
Toiletries were limited - just some shampoo sachets.
Check-out was quite early at 10am. It would’ve been a nice touch to provide complementary cold water to guests on arrivals. This was the only place we stayed in Sicily that didn’t do that.
Although my booking said that I had paid for the whole stay (including all taxes), I was told that I needed to pay extra for the city tax in cash as booking.com doesn’t factor this in. It would’ve been good to have been informed of this in advance so I could be prepared with cash.

Giovanni met us as the property and we were so relieved when he parked our car for us in a very tight nearby park. We liked the breakfast, the balcony and the amazing photographs decorating the rooms.
The immediate location was commercial with busy roads to cross.
