I do not recommend

The location was great!

The tiles on the four flights of stairs were loose, so tripping hazard. The key to get in was a nightmare, always took at least 5 minutes of turning this way and that. Not clean at all, plaster peeling, water damage on ceiling. Coffee pot gross. Pictures were probably taken years ago.

Great location, spacious but tired interior.

Great location, spacious, handy to the old port & shops, perfect view of activities on the square in front of the opera house.

Quite a tired place, needing repair/renovation, gives it a grubby look & feel. Three empty shower gel bottles (we used soap bar from hand basin instead). Freezer over-iced & stuck plastic bags. Cupboards over-stuffed. Shelf (sloping & useless) in bedroom in the way for person sleeping on left (I hit my head in the night). Long way up on 4th floor with no lift.

The location was amazing, just a few steps from the port!

Facilities are not in a reasonable condition and the apartment was not clean at all. There is no comfort, the bed mattress is very bad and the bathroom is ugly and not clean. Absolutely no value for the money put on it.

Great location, spacious, handy to the old port & shops, perfect view of activities on the square in front of the opera house.
