Bedroom 3 has a Double size bed with a single bunk bed above ** The beds are fitted with comfy King Coil mattresses to ensure a great night's sleep. ** Two walk in shower bathrooms and a full sized bath. One shower fitted with hand rail for the elderly. Shower chair available on request. ** Two toilets, one is separate. ** It has a fully equipped gourmet kitchen complete with dishwasher. Just got back from our weekend at Kiama Aspect and I want to head straight back! Such a lovely house, perfectly situated across from a playground and beach, with big open windows/deck at the front so you can take advantage of the view. The house is well furnished and very clean. The full cupboard of board games and books was an extra bonus. Our two kids, aged 2 and 4, were in heaven. Both Philip the owner, and Kate, the cleaner/manager, were very responsive and super friendly and accommodating. Overall, great experience and I can't recommend it highly enough.

Awesome home away from home, right across the road from the beach. All the creature comforts you would need for a coastal beach break. Walking distance to great local style shops, good coffee. Excellent headland walk. This place is located across the road from the kids park, so you can be a part of the action or watch the world come and go. Beds are comfy. Kitchen has all the goodies you need. Bathrooms are bang on. Huge backyard and ample off street parking. We are looking forward to getting back there real soon.

The property has been beautifully renovated, is tastefully furnished, spacious and ideally located close to the beach.
The front deck and large sliding doors allows for the living area to be extended outdoors with a view of the beach. Would definitely stay here again.

When we weren’t dashing off for nature walks and to poke around Kiama we were kicking back in the house or on the deck watching the ocean and all the dog walkers bring their pooches to the beach. Our senior Labrador also had a great time watching all the goings on. The beds were really comfortable, the shower had good pressure and the kitchen had all the utensils and condiments we wanted. Fleur was very friendly and responsive to any queries. I recommend staying here.

We found this a perfect house and location for our 7 night family holiday (4 of us and the dog). The location is great for walk or swim or coffee or all three. .. The host was always quick to respond and helpful. House was clean, well set out and nicely decorated. I think the dog was as sad as us to be leaving.
