We loved the location.... this apartment was very central to allow us to walk to all restaurants and bars. we really enjoyed exploring the area. the pool was also lovely, a bit chilly but it was fine as we visited in August. we always got deck chairs so it was never overly busy. there isnt a pool bar/cafe but there is a cafe right next door which we visited several times and it was very cheap with lovely food for snacks/breakfast/lunch. We also visited loro parque which we all enjoyed, the animal shows were amazing. Longo Steak house was our favourite restaurant along with El Club Cafe. there was a good supply of cleaning and washing items in the apartment - not sure if these were all left by the owner or other tenants. We visited Playa Martianez for the day, there is a charge to get in but you can spend the day there. lots of deck chairs but i'd still get there early to be in a nice location for the day...... water in all pools there was freezing but we enjoyed going in for a dip to cool down! Lunch is only ok there and is pricey enough.
There was no air con in the bedrooms and only one shower/bathroom amongst 5 of us. The second bedroom did have a celing fan but in the main bedroom, the door to the kitchen/living area had to be left open to avail of the air con in the living space so there was a lack of privacy then if there was someone on the sofa bed. The sliding door lock to the balcony was also broken so this remained unlocked during our stay..... it was fine as we couldnt envisage anyone climbing up the outside of the building to break in but this needs to be fixed. There was also a mix up with regards our departure day - the cleaning lady arrived a day early, we were able to communicate via google translate so it all ended up ok. Also, there is no dishwasher here but that wasnt the end of the world - we expect that on holidays. Parking on nearby streets is very difficult, which added to the complexity of getting access to the building as we couldnt park the car in the car park until we collected the keys and could only collect the keys once we gained access to the building and found the apartment which then had a lock box for the apartment door and inside the apartment was the key to the garage for parking the car. It was fine as there was more than just me (my husband just drove around in loops outside) but if you were on your own you might struggle with this system.

Appartement bien agencé et très spacieux. Bien situé.
Le fait d’attendre ds la rue que quelqu’un sorte de l’immeuble afin de pouvoir accéder à la location. Parking libre introuvable sur place à moins de se garer au mercadona…. Ce qui rajoute des frais supplémentaires 35€/jour , dégressif si vs prenez un forfait 3/4/5/7j

El apartamento está genial para 4 personas, tal cual en las fotos. Amplia terraza con vistas al mar. Buena ubicación, cerca de Playa Martiánez y del complejo de César Manrique. Cocina bien equipada con suficiente menaje para cocinar. El baño es amplio, con secador y plancha para el pelo. Buen servicio de agua caliente. El salón muy diáfano que incluye la cocina. El dormitorio principal tiene TV, es espaciosa con buenos armarios, no tanto así, el dormitorio pequeño. Camas cómodas. Cuenta con plancha, tabla de planchar, lavadora y secadora, cafetera dolce gusto y tostadora, microondas y horno, carro de la compra, incluso 2 sillas de playa. Pequeño tendedero en la terraza, que cuenta con 4 sillones y una mesa para 4 personas. La TV tiene smart TV. El parking hay que reservarlo y pagarlo aparte. Lo recomiendo por ser zona de difícil aparcamiento. El CC Martiánez está al lado con tiendas y un mercadona.
Algo que no me gustó, fue tener que esperar que saliera o entrara alguien del portal para poder entrar al edificio y subir a la planta a buscar las llaves. Estuvimos esperando 10 minutos en doble fila para poder acceder y subir a recoger las llaves del cajetín y entrar en el apartamento para recoger el mando del garaje.
La habitación pequeña no cuenta con aire acondicionado, tiene ventilador de techo, pero en días de mucho calor es un poco insuficiente, y el armario es un poco pequeño. Las toallas necesitan renovarse, al menos, las que nos tocaron a nosotros.

Apartments with good kitchen. Comfortable bed. Enough space for 2 persons.
It was rubbish dump near the building and I saw it every day from my balcony. If I know it before I wouldn't book this apartments. There were a lot of problems with cleaning. I found 2 peace of glass on the floor. Plates were not cleaned. I had sent photos to host and he even didn't offer to clean apartment one more time.
