A 100% excellent experience, clean, and very very good staff (especially shirin) they’re very. Glad to choose this hotel to stay in rome. It is in city center best location in rome assuming that you will stay around pantheon and trevi fountain. When you look at the photos in booking or google map it looks cheap but actually you will have 5 star hotel experience in there. 100% im coming back to it. Thank you again

High ceiling and large space with style made it easy to like the room, very clean and nice people,definitely would stay again.

Staff were helpful & flexible at check in which was appreciated with heavy bags in bad weather. Air conditioning worked well.
Wifi did not work at all.
Very strong odour from drains (toilet in particular) that could not be eradicated even with the fan & air conditioning on & windows open.
There was no hot water in the morning.
Bed sheets did not fit the mattresses. An iron was also listed on the site but this wasn’t in the room.
We wanted to address our concerns with staff but they were not available on reception. We were unable to send emails or reach out via booking.com without wifi or any other internet connection in the building.
