Die Lage, der Pool, die Aussicht und die Räume waren bei Bedarf gut klimatisiert. Die Schlüsselübergabe war problemlos über Schlüsselcode.
Die Bezüge der Esstischsiitzgarnitur waren schmutzig. Ebenso die Polster auf der Sitzgarnitur auf der Terrasse. Auch das Sofa war ungepflegt.

Sehr freundlicher Empfang. Obwohl wir früher angereist sind, konnten wir schon den Pool benutzen.
Die Wohnung und großer Balkon mit Aussicht aufs Meer ist der Traum. Die Wohnung (Penthouse, obere Wohnung) ist sehr groß, 3 Schlafzimmer (ein Zimmer mit Bad, Dusche und WC), ein extra großes Bad mit WC/Badewanne/kleine aufgestellte Sauna in Nähe der anderen Schlafräume, ein Bad mit WC, Dusche im Eingangsbereich, großes Wohnzimmer, in dem eine Person schlafen kann, alle Räume mit Klimaanlage, Küche mit großem Kühlschrank, zum Kochen alles vorhanden, Geschirr für uns 6 Personen ausreichend. Muss man halt öfters abspülen oder Spülmaschine laufen lassen. Staubsauger, Besen vorhanden. Es ist wirklich an alles gedacht!!

Wir waren sehr zufrieden, bis auf den Wasserdruck in den extra Bädern. Im Bad mit Badewanne zum Duschen kam überhaupt wenig Wasser und wegen fehlendem Duschvorhang macht man alles nass.
Bad im Eingangsbereich auch wenig Wasser, aber besser. Leider war der Ausfluss verstopft, mussten wir Haare und Seifenreste entfernen. Bitte vielleicht darauf achten mit Rohrrein oder so. Küche war der Backofen schon ziemlich eingebrannt.
Aber all die Annehmlichkeiten, Service, Freundlichkeit und Comfort, Ausblick aufs Meer, die Ruhe usw. machten das wieder gut.

Positive things:
- plenty of space and 3 separate bathrooms;
- VERY nice terrace;
- nice view over the Adriatic, sight goes as far as Krk bridge.
- lavender all around makes for a pleasant smell
- safe parking space.
- many mosquito at night, none of the windows had any protection, getting a proper rest at night was impossible!
- the apartment was not clean and did not get cleaned during our stay. (A lot of dust under the couch, in the chairs and on the refrigerator );
- it is MUCH too far away from anything. You cant even get a simple coffee in the neighborhood and there is no coffeemaker in the apartment either. The beaches and Opatija are very far away, shops are not close either;
- there was 1 sheet provided per bed (not per person!), and during our entire 7 night summer stay we never got any new or clean ones. Same goes for the towels. (We had to buy detergent and wash it ourselves.);
- toys for kids were said to be present, we hardly saw toys and those that we did see were old;
- the owner made little contact and never asked how we were.
- Shells in the bathroom are glued with kit and are barely hanging on, you can not put anything on them without pulling them from the wall.
